我见过在一个小大学招Entry Level工的flier, 是烙印recruiter,
也是要求"6年经验". 所以其实他们根本没有
想要要老美,只是走走过程.
非烙印一般不会来应征.
Ａ. 他们新毕业生没有6年经验.
Ｂ. 有经验的不来Entry level
烙印很多应聘者造假简历, 而且烙印
混在外包混上6年的经验也很多.
所以建议老中管理要求HR减少"6年经验"
的要求.

义，T36算起步吧，否则不如弄个变倍。
镜子这个钱还真是不好省，如果预算有限，我宁可买把便宜的栓，反正现在的栓动都很
准，也要砸钱买个几百刀的镜子，比如Vortex Viper HS 5-15X。scope is where
magic happens
我以前给CZ 452配了个一百刀的Vortex 6-24X，结果五发组里经常打出flier来，而且
说不定什么时候发生。有一次让某优秀射手赶上了，扔下句还不如他那把从来打不进
sub moa的marlin。。。后来换了个Weaver Tactical，50码打sub moa常事，风小的时
候打200码的铁靶子也很轻松，所以镜子这个钱不能省
我现在看好了一个打一千码到一迈的镜子，$4K，正在攒钱中 |

咱说的是每发装90-100gr火药的300RUM，不是装40+ gr火药的308 pea shooter。这种
ultra magnum靶枪不到千发换管子一点不奇怪，几百发过后无论怎么弄，开始有flier
，sub moa以内的组变成一两个甚至更大，留着蹲点百码打个猪可以，拿来打靶就是跟
自己过不去
国家级的奥林匹克训练队没有30 cal这个项目 |

字，又没人给发双份工资
简单说就是枪管寿命是由精度决定，寿命到了以后，拿来打靶会有看似无缘无故的
flier，你如果拿来打个minute of pig，可以继续打很多。打group时的散布受throat
erosion影响很大，throat erosion直接跟overbore有关。你想，给定一个口径，正常
情况下装药上下差不了几个grain，308和243装的差不多的火药，243把火力集中一起，
烧蚀一个小的多的口，寿命当然短很多。
所有在parent case上缩口的口径，装药量差不多前提下，通过缩口来实现什么弹道平
直，代价就是寿命比parent case要短，包243，25-06，260，6.5，270。。。靶枪打的
多，223，308这样上下差不多一般粗的口径枪管寿命比较长
这些缩口的口径我也有一个，只不过买之前做过功课，知道枪管寿命比较短，聊天是有
人说起枪管寿命比较短，思想上没什么不可接受的，去靶场也不会跟靶枪一样一次打个
几十上百发 |

装750说成26"，四舍五入，是在玩字游戏。同一个厂大批量生产的枪，共用
barreledaction很正常，26"管子的SPS varmint，截成20"就成了SPS tactical，而不
是把20"的管子弄成26".
两者共用一个barreled action的说法从来没见CZ出来否认过。CZ是从来不放弃宣传产
品的特色，看看75系列手枪几个竞赛型号，比常规75改进的地方列的清清楚楚。如果
750是花功夫accurize了，CZ不宣传才怪了呢，否则市场部门该换人了。我不认为750有
多贵，市价$1.7-$1.8K的样子，比A3G便宜多了。550 varmint换个完全可调的枪托，加
muzzle brake，花费很容易就$1K了
用Surgeon这样的顶级action，加上308竞赛管子，定制chamber，手装弹，可能经常打
出五发0.3。你这是用厂枪加厂弹，打出了0.3这个顶级定制的精度，这水平要是还烂，
