linker, 总共会从1个单位到5个单位的样子（也就是最长可能达到300 Aa)
我担心假如放进一整串全部是flexible 的linker的话，如果太长的话（比方说一个

期10个学分未过，降级试读，不过最终得以顺利毕业，当时还不懂各种潜规则，上天保
佑的吧。本打算申奖深造，早早考了G，奈何GPA悲剧后又不愿自费出国，遂决定出来混
社会。
一家校内牛逼教授开的做控制系统的公司，号称要上市，寝室内好多兄弟都投了，通知
面试的有2个，我之前未投但跟着去看热闹。HR美眉不让进，好说歹说排到个最后面试
的机会。造化弄人，两天后同去的两位都被拒了，要了我。嫌待遇低，依稀记得两千五
六，未从，推荐舍友。美眉电话舍友，不想又被舍友据之...此公后来实在卖不掉，从

当然我没有直接读过熊彼特.
我关注的一个重点是,
企业在面对这种creative destruction整合资源的flexibility受什么因素影响.
通俗的说,什么因素使有的企业更容易survive.
中国目前的情况似乎提供了一个新的角度.
labor contract可选择的flexibility影响企业的flexibility,
从而影响一个经济体的长期增长.
当然,这必须作国别研究才能的除结论.
并且,内生性的问题不好解决.

现在打算着工作，边工作边完成论文。
应该很快拿到两个offer，不知道该怎么选。请过来人指教一下。
1.
美国很top的一个biostatistics系的consulting center。薪水一部分从医学院来。
2.
同一个学校的public health的另外一个系的senior biostatistician。
应该都是master level的senior staff，具体薪水还不知道，但是应该差不多。第一个
觉得可以多学一点东西，但是第二个工作时间地点都很flexible。
家里有两个孩子，所以flexible的时间地点是个big deal。
phd毕业以后打算做faculty或者去一个大点的公司。不知道这个biostat系的
consulting center的工作经验对phd毕业以后找工作有多大帮助？如果其他待遇都差不
多，是不是值得放弃那个非常flexible的工作？ |

刚搬了家，马上要装修，大冬天又不方便一直开窗。 家里有个强过敏的小孩子。所以
对贴地版的胶水很谨慎。（只能选择胶水粘地板了，房间高度太低决定的，其他非实木

有没有同学对于这边胶水有研究的，那些号称安全的真的就安全么？
我刷了一次家，用的油漆也是号称安全的，没有危害的。可是那个味道让我明显感到头

由于众所周知的原因，印度人，中国人绿卡都有比较长的排期，印度人的非常长，所以

现在每年职业移门按国别限制，每个国家出身的分到的名额是一定且一样的，由于印度
人工作签证是国人的小10倍，绿卡申请数量也有6，7倍，所以排期自然就长很多。
涉及绿卡数量，名额分配的都是bill，要house先vote 过了，senate再vote 过了，然
后总统签字。几年前关于h1工资要求改革的bill好几个，但是连house vote都没到，因
为house内部有很多委员会，他们必须先vote，同意才能整个house vote。. 牛人云集,
