。大德州是有这样的判例的。
美国联邦法和绝大多数州法是Common Law。Common law有个fleeing felon rule是允许
对逃跑中的罪犯使用武力甚至致命武器的。美国这边对使用致命武器的条件有一些限制
，不如不能对非暴力犯罪的罪犯使用致命武器等等。但我看这些限制基本不适用那个假
新闻里的情形。所以哪怕假新闻里的故事是真的，男主被起诉的可能性也很小。自然，
如果你在深蓝州还是小心点用枪。

前一阵看了1999年、2002年、2005年拍摄的星战123，做过汇报；现在看完了1977年、
1980年、1983年拍的星战456。两相对比，差异明显：早期的科幻片在技术和情节设计
上都较简单，后期则眩目和暗黑很多。
从整体效果而言，最喜欢最早拍摄的第4集《A New Hope》，简单，积极，轻松，人道
。九岁的老大看完释怀地说，Darth Vader不如1-3集里那么丧尽天良、赶尽杀绝，有时
还放走对手（不过是因为集中火力追击Luke的战斗机）。六岁的老二更是从头看到了尾
——前几集对他没有这样的定身法。剧中有不少老少皆宜的简单重复性娱乐元素，比如

日本英语主要的特点就是v发b,r发l，veli veli intelesting
和日本英语发音完全一样，哈哈。
偶刚来不久的时候，有一次去网吧，交了钱打了卡后，服务生对
我说那边有flee dolinku。完全听不懂，幸好我脑里的日语单词根本
就没几个，赶紧从头到尾全部拿出来对照一下--没找到。
愣了几下，突然想起这可能是外来语，flee应该就是free，但
dolinku还是想不起，卡了大半分钟，后来他指着方向，我走过去看
了才发现，这个dolinku就是drink嘛。 |

标 题: 美国底层老年人其实挺惨的

我租住的apartment不是什么高档社区，也不算平民窟，大多是些蓝领和小白领，有出
租车司机，做small business的，刚结婚的小年轻，退休的老人，也有我这种学生。
楼底下的一对白人老夫妇和我关系不错，他们经常借我DVD看，送我yankee蜡烛，送我
植物盆栽。我也常和他们聊天，感觉的出来挺寂寞的。
老头子是个退伍老兵，年轻的时候给美国出生入死的，老太太的个自由职业者，平时主
要做些小生意，就是弄一些假货，假名牌拿到集贸市场flee market去买，赚些小钱。
前些天我女朋友来看我，新买的nike鞋，她问我多少钱买的，我说打折很便宜只要30刀
，她说我也有nike鞋卖，比你的便宜多了，我不好意思说您那是假货。。。

中国人是怎么做到的？有道是“有志者事竟成”。没有必要上电视演说，没有必要玩弄文字游戏，没有必要发表内阁声明，去做就是了。作为撤侨的第一步，中国人把她的国民送到安全的周边国家，这样他们就不再有危险，正在展开的是第二步，把他们从这些邻近国家带回到中国。聪明吗？显然！但我们印度人怎么就想不出这样的好主意呢？
邻近国家有希腊，马耳他，突尼斯， 都是印度的友好国家，我们甚至在马耳他还有一个领事馆。到昨天下午为止，已经有一万多名中国人由中国驻希腊大使馆租用的三艘渡轮，从利比亚的班加西撤到了希腊的克里特岛。中国人知道邻近国家中的希腊，塞浦路斯，土耳其都是老牌的海洋国家，会有剩余的海运能力。在当地租船显然更经济。不过中国人比较小气，哪像我们印度人根本不在意花钱，听说过希腊船王奥纳西斯吗... 阅读全帖 |
