话说美国中央情报局的战略服务部门在二战期间（1944年）印制了一本秘密手册，题目
是SIMPLE SABOTAGE FIELD MANUAL，专门教美国特工们如何在敌营搞破坏活动。联想起
斯诺登泄露的“棱镜门”，这本陈旧的小册子不但有些历史意义，也说不定有点现实意
义。
这本小册子到2007年才解密，我们看到当年的美国特工打入敌营后在工作单位内可以进
行以下十种“实操”进行实地破坏活动——

以他没有 explicit 的作模型，两种 institution 下，都是 repeated game，只是一
种是 state variable 不变的简单重复，一种 state var 改变的 stochastic 重复，

But personally I saw a few major flaws in his/her analysis:
1) First, unless everybody has a CPU processor in his/her head, it is
impossible for one to think perfectly rational on various issues in life.
If they could, they wouldn’t need to earn their livings through piracy on
the first place. So in this sense, this problem strikes as less meaningful
in trying to parallel the logic of the pirate group to the social
organizations.

Come on TOI, We messed it up ourselves by not reading the fine print about
the quarantine tests we needed to conduct. Further more with the exception
of three horses, the rest tested positive for Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis
. It was only in the 2nd test it was found to be negative. This is just like
