It's not necessarily more risky to buy with mortgage. Earthquake is a big
risk no matter you have mortgage or not. If you leverage with mortgage, at
least in the first few years, if an earthquake flattens the house, you can
walk away by only losing your down payment. But if you buy with cash, all

会多些，PE, PB什么的。
不过这些不是作为投资的决定因素，暂且看作是screening的一个工具，或者是引发分
析和讨论的催化剂。中国的太阳能，干货运输行业都是我曾经关于过得，因为便宜，所
以感兴趣的了就看得多些。不过valuation factor不是做投资决定的唯一原因，因为PE
低往往有PE低的理由，市场不是傻子，凭啥人家都不看好，都在卖，drive PE value

1, 大盘因素
这个不用多说了吧，大方向看错了，都扯淡

looks to me the curve is flattening a bit over the last few weeks, but no
where near a FLAT curve, much less than inverted. don't know what
conclusion you can draw from here. |

It is hard to explain but it works like two opposing traders ( replaced by
two scalping systems) trading against each other, one long only, and one
short only for the underlined (in this case, VXX) in the zero sum market.
We look at the net total P/L only and know there could be some loss for at
least one account.
Because the two systems trade against each other, it is unlikely that both

FXI dropped much less than SPY.
It has nothing to do with curve flattening/inversion. If so equity market
would not react as this is some big news since the curve close to inversion
for a while and it does not make sense to believe the casual relationship of
recession and financial market is out of sync.
It is just pull back from two big squeezes last week and plus natural bear
flow.
