3月26日英国战略情报公司Hakluyt发言人对西方媒体证实说， 海沃德先生直到他在
重庆神秘死亡前， 一直都在定期为该公司工作。 而就在前一日，英国外交部对媒体表
示，它已要求中国就海沃德先生的死亡展开详细调查。
海伍德先生是薄熙来(专题)的二子薄瓜瓜在英美留学生活期间的英籍管家，2011年
11月他原因不明地神秘猝死于他在重庆酒店的房间内。地方当局迅速宣布他因“过度
饮酒”导致死亡，并未经尸检，即被重庆市原副市长、前公安局长王立军(专题)强行火
化。海伍德朋友曾向英国大使馆提出疑点，指海伍德滴酒不沾。
据《华尔街日报》报道 Hakluyt战略情报公司是由英国情报部门军情六处前军官创
立的。该公司进一步说海伍德先生不是公司的全职雇员，并没有为他们公司咨询过任何
重庆的项目。

苹果的血汗工厂风波出现重大“进展”。3月30日，美国非营利机构公平劳工协会(
FLA)发布报告称，苹果供应商富士康存在数十桩违反劳工权利的行为，如加班时间过长
、“克扣”加班工资等，甚至存在违反中国劳动法的行为。苹果和富士康均表示接受。
苹果邀请公平劳工协会调查代工工厂，值得肯定。尽管，一些美国媒体一开始也曾
对这一调查的独立性提出质疑，因为，苹果是公平劳工协会的会员企业。不过，从这次
公布的调查报告，还是发现了不少问题。而且很多问题，涉嫌违反中国劳动法。显然，
依靠第三方劳工组织进行监督、审计代工企业，远比靠苹果自己更加靠谱。
对于企业用工的监督，本应是地方政府部门的责任，现在，劳工组织已经调查出了
那么多的问题，自当按图索骥进行调查、取证，如果属实，就应当对企业做出处罚，责
令整改。
近来，中央多次表示，要让劳动者有尊严。现在，也正需要一些地方政府部门改变
维护劳工权益方面的消极态度。其实，这个报告所曝光的内容，公众并不觉得新鲜。在

一、国际品牌商开始主动与设在中国的组装厂共同承担工人待遇提高的成本。长期以来，国际品牌商已经习惯了压价，把工厂合同价一压再压，获得了高额利润。日本IHS iSuppli调查显示，一款市场售价为600美元的苹果Ipad手机，其零件成本为300美元；生产成本为10美元，仅占2%，大部分赢利为苹果集团所得。2011年，苹果全球销售额高达1080亿美元，相当于伊拉克的全年GDP。面对提高中国工人待遇的各方压力，仅靠富士康等中国生产厂商的一家之力已经不够，长期拿利润大头的国际品牌商也要“出血”，否则目前情况不可持续，亦不符其长远利益。据悉，此次富士康承诺改善中国工人待遇，苹果将承担相当一部分的成本。

最近IL警方抓了一个人。是个富二代。
他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。
但是，这之前他在IL就惹过祸，还在ＰＲＯＢＡＴＩＯＮ，回来后就进了JAIL。
报纸报道这个事只是介绍了这件事，还有这个人的背景。就没有去比较为什么FL只判他
家庭监狱。
主要的问题在于经过一百多年，美国人民媒体对先富已经麻木了。
中国不行，30年前大家还吃一样的饭，现在你开改装宝马，我连肉都快吃不上了，这情
绪就很难稳定。
