【侨报网编译王青6月4日报道】根据最新报告显示，今年超过420万美国家庭遭受飓风
的威胁，造成价值1万亿美元的损失。飓风范围巨大，一场大风暴可致超过75%的美国主
要城市遭受暴雨的侵袭。
据哥伦比亚广播公司（CBS News）报道，飓风一般导致暴风雨和洪水。根据可能受灾的
美国家庭数量，数据公司CoreLogic公布的飓风预测报告，预测今年最容易遭受飓风破
坏的10个高危城市。排名前三的城市是：佛罗里达州的迈阿密市（Miami, Fla.）、纽
约市（New York City）、佛罗里达州的坦帕市（Tampa, Fla.）。
迈阿密市位于佛罗里达州的东海岸南端，是最容易受到飓风破坏的城市，市内约61.58
万家庭可能受到飓风的影响。过去一个世纪中，这个城市曾经遭受过25次飓风的侵袭。

士康，你改过自新了吗？》，该报告展现了富士康在“连环跳楼”事件发生后，在招工
用工、学生工、管理方式、工作环境以及加薪等方面对社会所做承诺的落实情况。
报告指出，尽管采取了一些补救措施，但富士康管理制度本身并没有得到实质性的改善
，而且还出现了一些新的问题，突出表现在五个方面：
一、一些地方政府在针对富士康的招商引资过程中，存在严重的滥用公共资源、以行政
命令手段为富士康解决劳动力供应问题的现象，助推职业学校沦为职业中介。这不仅造
成了严重的违规使用学生工问题，还助长了社会不公。
二、以实习之名，滥用与剥削学生工，剥夺了学生的受教育机会，要求实习生与未成年
工人进行高强度、超时限的劳动，损害了学生工的合法权益。
三、生产体制与管理方式严苛，将工人等同于机器，损害了工人的健康和尊严，导致工
人跳楼自杀的悲剧仍在不断上演。
四、富士康部分生产车间存在安全隐患。更严重的是，由于富士康严格的“三级连坐”
制度，工伤事故往往被基层管理部门层层瞒报，通过私自解决的手段解决，导致受伤的

据刚刚公布的美国100家最佳餐馆（ 101 Best Restaurants in America）中 ，27家顶

据DNA消息网报道，《每日膳食》（ Daily Meal）的编辑部主任，科尔曼·安德鲁斯（

资料，但是没有公开。
国内出现了很多自制的Flash player，这些都是基于Flash的OCX控件开发的。该控件在w
indows\system32\macromed\flash 目录下。具体制作可以google得到很多信息。
国内做Flash破解的主要是www.sothink.com.cn。这个公司的英文网站www.sothink.com
推出了更新的产品，包括Decompiler的2004版，目前网上尚未有破解。而另一个欧洲网站
http://www.flash-decompiler.com 也推出了几乎一模一样的产品，不知谁抄谁的。
Decompiler导出movie clip功能不强，也没有修改功能。Sothink的另外一个新产品是
Quicker。Quicker可以根据SWF文件还原出FLA文件所有信息，但是不能保存为FLA文件，
只能对Movie Clip和Button具有修改功能。其论坛上宣布2004年3月将给出免费的升级版

After gross margins rebounded at Foxconn parent company Hon Hai Precision,
one analyst has said he believes Apple "stepped up" and helped to pay for
wage increases at its manufacturing partner.
While Hon Hai's gross margins went up, Apple saw its own gross margins drop
from 47 percent last quarter to 42.8 percent this quarter. Its conservative
guidance for the current September quarter goes even lower to 38.5 percent.
