Statement report”，本项目做了5年，专利申请了5个，但都没有正式授权，有一个专
利申请已经non－exclusively地技术转让给两家公司。“Final Invention Statement
report”填写似乎很简单，但要求提供DATE REPORTED TO DHHS （Department of
Health and Human Services），印象中以前也从来没给DHHS提交过有关专利申请的报
告，由于嫌麻烦，在以前每年的年度报告中，也没提过专利申请这回事。
在这里请教一下，能不能在“Final Invention Statement report”直接写“None”，
这样多一事不如少一事，还是必须如实填写，但没有DATE REPORTED TO DHHS，另外这
个报告似乎还需要学校签字，好像还挺麻烦，时间也有点紧，就差一个星期就要提交了
。有经验的朋友给点建议，谢谢！ |

期前和昨天打电话问hr, 在final approval. hr还说了让人不解的一句话: "有没有其
它offer?" 答:"没有, 不早就说是offer了吗!", hr:"为自己考虑的话, 手里有其它
offer总是安全的!"
过程, 面的是一个entry level 的 position, 后来他们发现敝人还算凑合， 给我火速
建了一个experienced的position，然后让俺申请，这是1个半月前的事了，然后就陷入
无尽的等待。其中问过3次， 一次，定价， 第二次，第三次， final approval！
请问，这个final approval在搞什么鬼！可能黄？？？ |

我也在final approval中。上周五的onsite，这个周二HR打来说feeback 非常positive
.她提交上去了等final approval.问我有什么问题要问她（作为HR）没有。我想问待遇
呀什么的，但是觉得对方要给offer应该会先提出来的。所以忍住没问。
昨天问了一下什么时候能知道final decision.她说就这几天，最迟early next week.
难道也是因为有更好的人选？因为这个南部的一个州（我在东北）。会不会因为这个问
题人家考虑local的人呢？
虽然不是很想relocate，但是还是想拿着一个保底呀。

看： 我们的房子inspector没找到啥毛病（用了agent推荐的inspector...)，所以不需
要final
walk through了。
seller应该是蛮decent的人的感觉，可是心里觉得不最后去看看不大踏实。
大家都要去做final walk through么？

？签contract 前inspection 时发现了不少小问题， 但seller 都没答应修。 因为和
另外一个人bid， 这个人就因为seller 不给修或credit 退出了， 所以这机会就给了
我们。 不知道像这种情况，这个walk through 还有什么作用， 即使final walk
through 再发现什么小问题， 估计也要不到credit 了。 seller 早已搬走了。可以
看看所有的appliances 的manual 在不在？ 要没有的话找他们要？ 现在所有的
appliances 的manual 都在网上能找到吗？ 还是问问他们有些东西怎么用（像home

了，现在重新schedule这个周五早上close，我要求周五早上close之前再次final walk
through。我agent告诉我如果这次walk through超过10分钟的话，她觉得这个对她以
及listing agent非常irritating。说如果周五再close不了的话，seller肯定是会sue
我的。对了，她说她会让listing agent陪我做final walk through。
一点背景：合同上原定closing date是下周，因为我loan批准的早，跟seler协商这周
一过户。昨天中午时候listing agent通知我的agent说都已经修好，说必须昨天下午去
title company签字。后来又说今天早上必须去签字。我agent通过电话和email转述很
多威胁以及push的语言，比如不签字，就要sue我之类的。我是对我agent非常失望。

AGENT要求提前2天把钱打过去，我想提前2，3天做了先final walk through,没有问题
，然后再打钱到ESCOW帐号。AGENT说不行，先打钱，然后CLOSE当天或者前一天做FINAL
WALK through。说是规矩。。

我后来跟ld说了一下，说我们就让步一下，今天去final walk through。给我agent发
信说下午4：30pm可以。刚才跟agent联系上，他说seller agent下午4：30pm没空，只
有5：15到5：30 的15分钟。我心想这也太欺负人了，真是人善被人欺负。刚给我agent
发信，让她schedule周五早上7：30am final walk through。她已经跟我定好9：30am
在title company。

买了新盖的房子，owner builder(主人自己找建筑商盖，然后卖的），开放时有些活还
没有完工，如花园喷泉，后院门，外墙窗户漆等，sales当时说会在交接时都完工，
现在二个多月过去了，离settlement 就十天了，又取消了定的星期六 final
inspection，因为房子有的活还没有完工，说在 settlement data之前三天再让我
final inspection,
我的银行手续贷款等都已准备就续，因为是新房，肯定会有些问题，只给我提前三天做
最后的检验也不合理，但活没有完我也没有办法，按道理说，如果final inspection还
有不合理的地方，我是否该推迟 settlement，先不付款，直到他们做完合理，但
sales跟我说：先按原定 settlement 转帐给钱，其中 withhold 10%定金，直到活都做
完。
怎么办能保障我的利益，又不搞僵关系，毕竟新房可能有点修修补补的问题还要找对方
来的，请大家给点意见 |

sale了，所以从他家网上账号看就跟着改成final sale了。
看看他家发过来的order confirmation 和 shipment confirmation ，那个上面应该没
有final sale的字样的。
需要退的话把这个打印出来就好了，可以退的。
不过这种情况以后建议order完后都用抓图小帮手之类的把图抓下来，留下凭证比较好
，这是我通常的做法，呵呵。 |

第一次到这个版上来,不懂规矩的地方,还请大家包涵.
我从gilt买的,final sale的,选了最小的号S,没想到老美的S居然这么大,算S偏M号的那种尺寸,唉,第一次在gilt买东西就这么失败,以后不在她家买了.
言归正转,我在北加湾区,我prefer local的交易,当然也可以long distance.
第一张照片是gilt网上模特穿的样子,第二张照片是我收到实物后自己拍的.东西是对的
,但就是对我来说太大了,由于是final sale,我又退不回去,我就试穿过1次,还是里面穿
了衬的吊带衫试穿的.所以衣服是9成9新的.
说一下这个衣服的尺寸,宽是21inch,长是从肩膀到底端是26inch,据我的目测是适合瘦高型的女生穿的,料子颜色我可真喜欢,就是我穿实在太大了.料子很轻很柔.

挥相当不错，心理也过硬，真的希望他以后能多拿几个grand slam.
虽然已经知道结果这么多天了，但还是第一次看到final,当joker最后一球出界，豆豆
躺在地上激动地抱着头，我这豆粉也不由得心潮澎湃起来。。。
真是不容易呀，豆豆打得辛苦，我也辛苦煎熬了好几天才能看上这final一眼呀 // 内
