买房子也没多问。
现在买的房子差不多下周末可以close,今天和agent说要这周末做final walk through.
..agent说这个不是必需的。说一般final walk through都是double check for repair
...我们inspection 没查出什么大毛病，小毛病seller给了几百元credit,不负责修。
agent还说一般final walk through就是friendly visit between buyer and seller,
show you where the gabarge can is, how to get the mail....我们之前已经见过
seller了，也知道哪里去丢垃圾，哪里取信，所以就不用final walk through了
想问问大家，是这样的么？为什么我觉得应该是他们把东西都搬走，show me the

你知道如果正确做出来的final partnership return什么样么？如果去年真的final了
，所有balance都会变成零，partner们的capital account也应该是零。然后他们在各
自去年的return里都该算basis和realized gain/loss to dispose the investment。
你还怎么做今年的？
如果不是这样的话，那根本就不是final return，只不过mark了final，所以他们才说
可以接着报。
而且，一个entity final不final，不是看return，而是看和SOS的filing。
算了，我多话了。你接着research吧，今年的return还可以延期么。 |

agent提到卖主有可能在我们final walk through 时还没有vacant. 合同里也没有提到
对final walk through 的任何要求, 只是说在closing时卖主要搬出并交钥匙.当时
inspection时卖主有大量东西堆在地下室和车库挡住了很大区域无法检查. 所以非常希
望在final walk through时房子能够empty.
我的agent提到也许/可能让我的律师在closing 时escrow一些钱当作押金,在我们做
2nd walk through 无任何问题后再支付.
我也听说有人一定要等到房子vacant 后做final walk through,甚至在closing前几个
小时才做完.我的情况是卖方非常希望按时close, 我的时间要求比较灵活. 但卖方拿着
我的deposit.
请教诸位的建议.多谢. |

，不够时间，想约在前一天下午。agent说一般final walkthrough 45分钟就够了，而
且建议在closing当天，以免在final walkthrough和closing之间房子有任何损伤。想
问问一般final walkthrough要多久，有哪些要看？

1.appliances: 看是否工作，stove把火打开看是否工作。洗衣机和烘干机怎么检查？
难不成当场洗一次衣服？

That's an interesting question. I never thought finalize could
be used this way (or at least not for any practical reasons).
The javadoc of finalize does sound vague or even conflicting.
My guess is if an object is made available in its finalize, next time
it becomes unreachable, the VM won't call finalize and will reclaim
it directly.
I really can't think of any practical stuation where you want to
wait until finalize to "revive" an object. |

stack大概都是5,6左右，一般也不会比第9多多少。
final table开始的时候比较紧，因为大筹码的玩家总是打得很凶。到最后淘汰掉1,2个
人以后，我往往就只剩下不到10个BB，以至于抓到A suited或者小对子都all in进去，
经常结果很惨。
想问问进final table中下筹码的玩家在final table上应该用什么样的策略能最大化盈

"static final", rather than just "final". I would say they are totally
different animals. 8-)
Section 13.4.8, JLS actually does dictate that "compiler-time constants",
i.e., static final variables be inlined, and even gives some explanation
as to the rationale behind this requirement. |

内考far和audit两门），实在没时间做完far的题目，我就把final review里的题都做
了，后来考试时发现绝大部分考点在final review里都有，所以mm要是时间实在不够，
把final review好好利用一下吧。我的一点建议，mm还是要根据自己的情况决定 |

标 题: 求问eb1a有没有三个条件都承认但是败在final merits上面的

无力。。。经过漫长的战线还是悲剧了 上来吐槽一下
引用300左右 审稿30 三个月前收到rfe，承认审稿和文章，不承认original
contribution of significance，按照要求准备了材料寄出 这周收到回复 三条都承认
了 但是final merits不符合
原因有两个：1）审稿不是editorial boards和chair 2）发文章只是routine work，并
不能证明是行业的top
暴风哭泣 rfe的时候完全没有提这两点啊
顺便问一下 下次再准备的时候应该怎样证明final merits呢 |
