来将非常灰暗。
截至到昨天深夜，我们掌握的信息表明，SCA5在进入众议会投票前，要经过教育委员会
和选举委员会的批准，但是具体讨论、通过的时间可长可短。虽然时间已经非常紧迫，
但是我们必须采取行动。
谋事在人，成事在天，大家现在行动起来阻止该提案在众议会通过的成本最低。
UAAFA的分析如下：
