闻台发布一份报告称，纽约法拉盛已然发展成为了亚洲以外中国人口最多的地区之一。
据纽约1号新闻台报道，正如在任何一个亚洲大城市一样，法拉盛的人口川流不息
。虽然有些人会对此感到拥挤，但对于大多数来自中国的人来说，正是这样的繁华和热
闹才让他们觉得不曾离开过家乡。而这也正是许多中国人选择居住在法拉盛的原因之一。
除此之外，各项设施的便利及娱乐场所的丰富同样也是中国人聚居此处的理由。一
位受访居民表示，“住在这里很方便。去做什么都不需要走太远。”
事实上，仅仅在上世纪七、八十年代，居住在法拉盛的居民还远没有体会到如今的
便利。当时，想要购买一些亚洲的传统衣食用品，可能需要耗时许久，去很远的地方购
买。历史学家和瑞涵（Richard Hourihan）表示，那时候的法拉盛缅街上仅有一家亚洲
食品超市，由于他自己娶了个亚洲妻子，因此他们经常需要去别的区才能采购到充足的

characteristics.算是表现不好的吗？研究了下，他们的demographic
characteristics，只能看到族裔，不太清楚收入。

否支持州府计划提出的提案，向富有的1%人群征收更多的税来帮助加州财政解困，特别
是在教育和公共服务方面。结果显示，受访者中大部分赞成富人应该公平地付出更多。
华人进步会小区统筹员李介明指出，进步会访问了上千名在旧金山的华裔移民选民
，其中75%认为对富人征收更多的税至关重要，特别是用于支付教育和其它公共服务。
旧金山是加州较为富裕的城市之一，亦是许多富人居住的地方，选民认同向富人加税可

东湾的，分数08年到12年：816 -> 826 -> 835 -> 852 -> 856
Fillipino: 38%, asian: 20%, hispanic/latino: 20%, black 10%，white 4%
仔细看了一下，asian的比例并没有明显增加，但是的确是稍微有增加。
我在预计7年后这个学校是否能逼近900分，不过感觉这fillipino和hispanic的比例，
的确有点吓人

，这是华裔美国人的核心利益被触犯的问题。当教育空间受到打压，那么这个族裔的未
来将非常灰暗。
截至到昨天深夜，我们掌握的信息表明，SCA5在进入众议会投票前，要经过教育委员会
和选举委员会的批准，但是具体讨论、通过的时间可长可短。虽然时间已经非常紧迫，
但是我们必须采取行动。
谋事在人，成事在天，大家现在行动起来阻止该提案在众议会通过的成本最低。
UAAFA的分析如下：
1，通过与两个委员会的人士接触与沟通，或许可以为我们争取更多的时间。
这两个委员会的组成均为5名民主党，2名共和党，主席都是湾区的众议员。
