发帖数: 131 | 1 说来话长，去年年底妈妈来探亲时因心慌头晕进了急诊室，用药后情况稳定，后因
护士阿姨过于谨慎，被安排进了CCU,于是一个晚上住下来花了一万多。好在生病前几天
刚买了保险，本以为只要付10%即可，结果保险公司拒付，称妈妈得的是Atrial
Fibrillation，并依据某医生（保险公司找来的）的判断，她的病是pre-existing的，
拒付！
真是岂有此理，妈妈心脏从来没有过问题，保险公司凭什么说pre-exist！于是我
找来医院的medical record，打算appeal保险公司。
在record里，医生提到Lone Atrial Fibrillation(孤立性心房纤颤)。请问各位：
Lone Atrial Fibrillation是pre-existing的吗？
另外，保险公司说appeal最好有医疗证明。目前我们有的只是她去年在美治疗的
record，为了证明她的健康状况，她以前的在国内的记录，比如每年的体检记录是否有
效。
恳请赐教。谢谢!

I have an ion channel gene mutation which was found in an atrial
fibrillation patient. I made the mutated DNA. And in western blot experiment
, the protein level dramatically reduced. In transfected culture cells,
there was no current recorded for the ion using patch clamp.
I wonder what else I can do to make a story out of the mutation. Your help
is highly appreciated! |

If I transfect the mutant alone, see no current in electrophysiology. But if
I transfect the mutant with wt, see no diffence than wt alone. So it is not
dominant negative. But causing atrial fibrillation in human.

预激综合征(preexcitation syndrome)是指病人除正常的房室传导途径外，还存在有附
加的房室传导途径（旁路），引起心电图异常并可出现阵发性室上性心动过速(atrial
fibrillation)。
那这个应该做ablation吧。
我看他的心电图和预激综合征的心电图很像，而且医生也说从心电图看出来的，
医生说他的是 temporary atrial fibrillation, 这个和 atrial fibrillation 还不
一样嘛？
他现在正在做检查，要把那个需要打断的地方找出来，据说要几个小时 |

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

for cardiac emboli and atrial fibrillation, but when stroke size is large,

这个关于钢厂的情况我还是知道一些。我爸以前就是成都某钢厂的，大型国企，工厂除
了在90年代末效益不好（老朱德功劳和那时的紧缩基建），工人收入较低外。2002年后
，基本上一线工人（炼钢、轧钢等危险辛苦岗位）的月收入在4、5000元左右，这个钢
厂里是没有人有怨言的，那些工人真的很辛苦，成都的夏天，34、5度，工人们穿着又
厚又重的防护服每天一个班次工作8个小时，三班倒，这些钱真的不算多。一般岗位（
运输、基建）之类，2、3000块一个月是有的。最差的是后勤，不过现在应该也有2000
左右。至于领导岗位，2005年左右并入巨型国企攀钢后，中层干部（分厂，机关领导）
能够拿到10-30万年薪，高层（公司和集团领导）估计是奔百万去的。不过我相信，一
线工人待遇应该月薪也快7、8000了，甚至更高。因为基本上钢铁业回暖后，2002年 |
