１。胃癌早期不是没有症状，但是容易被误认为是一般的良性问题如胃炎，胃溃疡，消
化不良。所以有没有症状不是问题， 鉴别诊断是问题所在。 如果家人有癌症病史，
年龄在４５岁以上，有原因不明的体重下降，腹泻，低烧，疲乏的症状，应该做胃镜或
ＣＴ深入检查。
２。５０岁以上的人，建议每１０年一次结肠镜，预防结肠癌，有肠癌家族史的更要提

过敏：
钙， 维c，牛奶，大米，燕麦，苹果，鱼，胡萝卜，鸡蛋，糖 （suger），
不过敏：
香蕉，椰子，梨子，橘子，菠萝，大豆，杏仁，红薯
基本和我自己观察的吻合,因为时间有限，只测了这么多，以后有机会我还会叫医生给
我们再测试一些。
测试是这样的，我一个手拿个小瓶接触宝宝的身体，小瓶里面有每种所测物质。我另一
只手举起来，如果宝宝对这物质不过敏的话，我举起的那只手就很有力量，医生压我的
手我能很好的against。反之，我举起的手就没有劲，很软。
今天做了第一个treatment,叫BBF(brain-body balancing formula)。因为这种治疗方
法的原理就是，体内的能量不平衡，遇到过敏的物质，经络受阻能量无法畅通，所以才
出现了各种过敏症状。
一开始和测试过敏一样，我拿个BBF小瓶接触宝宝身体，举起两一只手，很没有劲。后
来医生把这个小瓶放在宝宝身上20分钟后再测试，我的手就变得很有劲了，说起来真的
很神奇，说是小瓶里面是能量，被宝宝吸收了。

痛(tenderness),这些症状乳腺炎都有.乳腺炎一般还有乳房局部肿块（tender lump）,
寒战(shivering & chills),和一下子飙升的高烧(spiking fever, fever of 101 F or
greater).如果发生在哺乳期（breastfeeding period），一般医生会判断大部分可能
是乳腺炎（mastitis），一般医生会立即Phone-in pharmacy开抗生素（antibiotics）
,如果症状无法控制再进一步做细菌培养等检查。
2.关于乳房肿块：以前只认为乳腺炎是因为堵奶造成的，所以乳腺炎最重要的是把肿块
揉掉或者让宝宝吸掉。后来亲身经历加查阅资料发现，肿块和乳腺炎的关系，可以有两
种顺序。
（1）先堵奶，堵奶部位因为奶汁淤积造成局部乳腺导管及周围组织发炎，然后形成肿
块。这个原因的话，在早期把肿块揉掉或者让宝宝吸掉，是可以防止乳腺炎进一步发展
的。

Been there. Done that. It is heart-broken to see the little one suffer.
But that is the reality a young mom has to face during the terrible two period.
Pay extreme attention to your kid's temperature. Feed her Motrin/Tylenol every 4
hours if the fever remains. Drink more fluid. Hold her tight.
And pray if you believe in God. |

医生给喂了5ml的泰诺,一会儿就退烧了,回来看了一下,发现little fever 和泰诺上写
的药量不一样,主要成分一样.你们可以跟医生确认一下药量是不是够.一般吃了药应该

出的CABIN FEVER，问我是什么书，我就说这个叫CHAPTER BOOK。他就问我能不能买本
读读看，然后我就给买了。
CABIN FEVER这本，前半本基本上是我带着读的。后来我觉得他基本不可能全部读懂，
单词能认个七八成，内容能懂个五六成不错了。所以后半本我就让他自己泛读了。
但是人家自己读完了就觉得成就特别大。继续让我买，我就买了前面五本的套装。然后
他就不停的看。
我同意你说的，太小小孩看，有些内容不合适，比如MORON这种词。不过我跟我家娃说
了，这些词啊恶作剧啊，不许说也不许实践。我觉得他可以接受。
我之间穿插给他MAGIC SCHOOL BUS，还有COSTCO买的UGLY BERTIE，他好像都不如对
WIMPY KID那样有兴趣。
反正我们现在还是PICTURE BOOK为主，章节书主要还是他自己泛读着玩。 |

you may need to change antibiotics, of course i am not a doctor. i am just
guessing, ask your doctor.
i know adult who had bad long cough then turned lung infection when they
were little, and they have prolonged coughing problem even as grown ups, and

No. Tylenol is acetaminophen, primarily a fever reducer and pain reliever.
Advil IS Ibuprofen, which is an anti-inflammatory, also a fever reducer and
pain reliever. Tylenol will not help with inflammation. It may help pain,
but I would go out and get some Advil or Aleve. Aleve is also an anti-
inflammatory. Just go to a drug store and talk to a pharmacist. They may be

留学美国，不是一个人的故事能够概括的，何况很多有着辛酸与成功经历的
predecessors早已对这一话题有过充分的阐述。比如，某个女博士用7年时间从某理工
科PhD转到Law School读JD，最后找到理想工作，但却失去了爱情，逝去了青春的故事
；以及某个十万男，拿着滕校学位，经历各种竞争淘汰，拿到华尔街某银行高薪工作后
，发现蛋疼，生不出孩子，老婆吵着要离婚的故事；当然，也还有某高材生，被骗回国
，拿着空头支票，后悔不已，遂跳楼自尽的故事；还有多年前发生在本校的某孤僻天才
怪男，打手枪，和自己的中国师弟，以及美国教授同归于尽的故事。
我来美国才一年半，尽管租了房，买了车，总算适应了Iowa City这个中西部小城的生
活和环境，可很多经历和想法仍还处于发展阶段，也还没有上述提到的那些曲折精彩浪

remove the extra cothese for kids,use wipe to wipe her/his palm and feet
bottom,put cold cloth on her head ( you want to reduce the temp of her head
in case of any brain damage).
At the same time, call the 24 hr nurse line and get suggestions , urgent
