明年再努力。帖子发在这里，是希望有好心人可以给些建议或意见，帮一下我还在肚子
里的宝宝，看我现在该怎么办。
之前的帖子都发在宝宝版，简单说一下，13周时产前B超说都正常，19周大B超说有
echogenic bowel（肠道强回声） & Choroid Plexus Cysts（CPC,脉络丛囊肿）, 21周
复查看到肠管扩张，CPC变小， 马上做羊穿，所有的结果：染色体检查，TORCH感染，
Cystic Fribosis 都是阴性。前天25周+做复查B超，肠道已扩张到2.5cm（最大内径）
，长度没告诉我，也忘了问。上次说是小肠扩张，这次说是大肠，胃泡正常（排除十二
指肠闭锁？），肛门也看到了，没有扩张（排除肛门闭锁？）。羊水量正常，宝宝其他
都正常。肠梗阻的诊断基本明确，原因未知。
在Kaiser，我被告知两个选择 1）引产； 2）等生下来检查做手术。但我觉得现在信息
不够，宝宝天天动的很欢，很难让我下决心引产。更何况，如果只是节段性肠梗阻，手

的可能性。大不了你个人名义背负50万美金的债，申请破产，这辈子不用你的名义买房
、用信用卡。短肠综合症的可能性很可怕，宝宝的生活质量，一辈子照顾生病的宝宝都
是很大的负担，不是任何外人随便说说就可以决定的。但是我觉得，目前去找fetal
surgery的可能性是对的。你已经做了很多很多的努力，再努力一把吧，行到水穷处，
也许会柳暗花明的。祝福！！！ |

no risk or adverse fetal effects but controlled human 1st semester studies
are not available. So overall, fetal harm is possible but unlikely.
I wouldn't worry too much about it, but you can give your ob/gyn a call and
let him/her know about it, just to be on the safe side.

附件是主治大夫的reasoning(email回复，红字)， 他的水平我们还是很佩服的，因为
他已开始猜了个病就和我们宝宝症状非常一致，可惜后来发现不是；而且他不是代谢病
专家。
问题是坚持宝宝不吃长链脂肪酸的奶粉后，他奇迹般地改善了；完全出乎医生们的预料
。我感觉医生列的是常见的代谢病，而我们感觉宝宝吃长链脂肪酸似乎是慢性中毒，大
概需要一个月左右才能体现出来。因为过程很慢，我们怀疑很多方法查不出来。
我们最大的问题是如果是这种病怎么查？不能确认的话他一辈子吃饭都受影响，基本也
就很难出门时间长一点了。尤其是他的肝已经在要换的边缘。医生们现在改口说他的病
程都是偶然，可我们不能同意。为什么每次都是长链吃一段时间就得病，尤其是这次停
了鸡蛋后马上改善。。

心，在18周时做了一个羊穿，自己掏腰包加选了microarray （这个查得更细，不加选
这个就是普通的羊穿， 心想既然反正做羊穿要扎一针的， 还不如就这个机会做的全面
一些）。 普通的羊穿结果没问题，但是microarray 发现了8号染色体

这次的事件，已经闹了快两周了。事实是什么呢？没有录像，就没有人能说得清。
其实，一开始警察方面就说了，是这个200多磅的18岁的青年扑向警官，出拳攻击，并
且夺枪，所以这个警官开枪了。可是，就在这个青年被击毙11分钟前和他一起抢店的同
伙说，不是的，他已经跪下求饶了，并说，不要开枪；警察仍然开枪了。还有说，他转
身逃离，警察仍然继续开枪了。。。
那么，到底真相是什么呢？这是一个法制严明而且基本可信赖的社会。怎么办？就应该
等待司法裁判。
我为这个青年的生命惋惜，也为这个事态焦虑。
没出国门之前，发生车祸之类的了，首先拉上叔伯兄弟哥们砸上门去，打他个头破血流
，再要赔钱。谁的哥们多，狠，谁胜。下一步，再到衙门里找关系。谁的关系狠，谁胜
。。。到了美国之后，我们已经习惯了，首先报警，然后坐下来聊天。警察出报告了，
某一方的保险公司掏钱赔偿。基本事情就结束了。不服，就走司法程序了。绝大多数的
事件，就到警察处理就行了。因为，这个制度是基本可靠可信可行的。

视」，违反了纽约市人权法案（New York City Human Rights Law）。根据这项新指导
