一、找律师，问问看究竟算 felon 还是 misdemeanor？如果留下案底，会有多大影响
？例如日后打抚养权官司、找工作、申请入籍、申请持枪证。。。等等这些事情，会不
会有影响？如果没有影响，那就认罪算了（肯定不会要坐牢的，至少有 probation）。
二、如果不能认罪，那就难了。丈夫或许可以翻供，或者援引宪法第五修正案拒绝回答
，或者什么其他办法让案子审不下去，撤销。但这样做对丈夫会不会有不良影响？因为
之前已经做了口供笔录，现在不合作，会不会害丈夫被判 perjury、contempt、
obstruction of justice 之类的？所以最好问问律师。
还有，spousal privilege 在这案子上是否适用？
