左派的态度是:高管那几千万年薪,成天在办公室里说说笑笑,晚上大吃大喝泡妞,也
没干啥正事,应该削减高管待遇,增加员工工资;Verizon CEO年薪在2014年就有1800
万美金,分到4万员工每人都可以加好多。其实这些传统行业也没啥创新的,换谁当CEO
都一样,干嘛给这么多钱。
右派的态度:全部炒掉,然后失业率上升,又贴一幅图说奥巴马无能。
左派认为这些汽车公司也好、运营商也好,都是传统公司,即使有创新,那也是按部就
班的活,不像苹果这种换个教主就起死回生的。这些传统公司,如果还是做这些业务,
换谁当都差不多。现在就是因为这些公司股权太分散,委托代理出现了大问题,股东缺
位,管理层乱来,损公肥私。公司垮了他也无所谓,一年几千万美金也赚够了,哪怕公
司倒闭了他也退休得了,所以管理层才这么硬,因为他们压根就没把公司当回事。
其实这些上市公司,你说他私人的吧,又没有个体私人那种企业家精神,其实更类似于
中国的国有企业。所以说神马社会主义、资本主义都是伪命题。具体到这个Verizon,
它就是类似于苏联那种共产主义性质的——领导大捞特捞不把国家/公司当回事,也没
