全国打击侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品专项行动和文化市场知识产权保护专项执法
行动的部署，根据《互联网文化管理暂行规定》等有关规定，文化部决定在整治违规网
络音乐网站的基础上，进一步清理违规网络音乐产品，现就有关事项通告如下：
一、经初步核查，本通告附件所列100首网络音乐产品,均未按照《互联网文化管理暂行

列网络音乐产品的播放、试听、使用和下载等服务，扰乱网络音乐市场经营管理秩序，

年1月7日和3月18日对两批共200首未经内容审查或备案的网络音乐产品进行了通告。截

据台湾《联合报》报道，哪个歌手不希望在精美的MV里光鲜亮丽地出现？但如果为了制造话题，不少台湾歌手甘愿被弄得脏兮兮、或者拍出一支脏兮兮的MV。
近来在台湾网络上“发烧”的话题MV，就是新人李佳薇的《煎熬》，它被网友封为台湾唱片史上最“恶心”的MV，点击率合计超过200万次。10分半钟的MV里，大半时间没有音乐，场景有如垃圾山，特写镜头聚焦在披萨上蠕动的蛆虫、被一脚踩烂的蟑螂，以及满布黄渍的马桶。著名导演周格泰几乎是怎么恶心怎么拍，女主角不但要尿出声来，还有露骨尺度的性感镜头。

大概每隔一年，我和家人都会回中国过暑假。每次回国，我们都很开心。我们去不同的地方玩儿，我学了很多新东西。我们既参观了中国的著名景点，也到一些鲜为人知的小地方去旅游。所有的这些旅游经历都让我感到很快乐。
总的来说，中国人比美国人讲究正式的礼仪。具体来说，去中国的餐馆或亲戚家赴宴，比在美国要紧张多了。我，身为中国人的后裔，会比很多人更容易适应中国习俗；但作为一个外籍人，要想完全理解中国文化和礼仪几乎是不可能的。2011年我和家人回国时，我有过一次失败的敬酒经历。这次回国，我依然担心在某个正式的晚宴上，我还得向宾主们敬酒。因为我的中文口语并不能应用自如，敬酒时我总是惊惶失措，不知说什么才好。

Japan Airlines Flight 123, on the Tokyo International Airport to Osaka
Itami Airport at an altitude of 1460 meters from the mountain Takamagahara
in Gunma Prefecture, Japan, about 100 km from Tokyo station.
All 15 crew and 505 of the 509 passengers died in the disaster. It is the
heaviest flying accident with only one machine involved.

大概因为家庭背景，我本人相对来说比较关心国外学术界对中国海上力量的分析，
相对于国内一帮到处打打杀杀的喊声，痛斥TG卖国，国外一般分析都是中国这次做的很
聪明，我也想尽我之力，多翻译一些这类的文章，让大家多看看一些比较深度的事件分
析，不过因为这类文章都比较长，我的英语只能说是一般，时间也没有那么多，只能是
尽力而为了。

1）感谢所有在网上留言还击的同胞，特别是那些用英文且能注意技巧的人。感谢饶毅
老师和他所引用的那几位华人的努力。他们的做法是榜样。他们告诉我们，还击不是为
了宣泄，而是为了在道义上打败对方，并争取在舆论上打败对方（这点目前很难，因为
我们没有话语权）
2）思考题：为什么nature能出来反省？WSJ，CNN等就没这个压力呢？
