白老头就用old fart， 就是老屁，女人大家都知道骂什么。美国很坏的白老头特别特
别多。这个骂法看过王小波的小说的应该很熟悉。非常有效。
白人年轻人就说一句pathetic或者loser，在低收入像bestbuy这些地方对中国人很坏的
白年轻人很多，你说他pathetic他马上会气疯掉。
其它white trash应该是能马上想到的。
要充分利用美国骂人不犯法这一条，但是不能用手指指着对方。 |

起，开始fart，很响，还好不臭。最近很fussy，不知道有没有什么问题？总是看到版
上问宝宝便秘问题。好像没人提过拉得过多的。。

last two months. Now, they dont spit up often but they are having silent
reflux (they will cry when they are on bed and we have to pick them up to
burp). They also fart a lot.
The doctor suggested that we try gripe water. I bought one yesterday,

醒，脸涨的通红，打挺，不fart或者poop出来就不消停。给喂了两天gripe water, 没
用，停了。上S家sensitive奶粉，也没效果。后来开始吃S家sensitive液体奶，两天后
，可以睡4个小时了，后来都可以一觉从11点睡到早上6点了，神器啊！可惜星期二去打
疫苗，现在又要重新来了，哭。。。
缺点：1，嗯嗯次数不变，但会变的很水，深咖啡色
2，贵，两星期吃掉40大刀，肉疼啊。。。准备到三个月的时候就给断了 |

怀bb前我一直排便挺规律的，一般晚上睡觉刷牙前吃个苹果，第二天起床后一杯咖啡下
肚后就会有natural call。所以没有想到这个会有问题。怀孕以后两三个月，因为查出
来贫血，所以医生开了铁片儿，服用一周后开始出现便秘问题。得知这是正常现象，所
以就用饮食方法来调整，比如喝西梅汁，早餐在牛奶咖啡里泡上oat meal，由精米饭改
为糙米饭，吃更多蔬菜，喝蜂蜜水，吃香蕉，多喝水，喝麻油，等等。除了没吃药，啥
都上了。补铁药也不敢吃了。可是在后面的几个月里，便秘越来越严重，最糟情况下，
2－3天才去一次大号儿，每次哼哼唧唧一个小时以上，便血很多，而且肚子长期特别胀
，也不是很吃得下东西。试用了各种方法，也发现了一些问题。一一说来。这些方法是
否奏效，因人而异。我给自己的经验，JMs仅作参考。
首先我个人觉得便秘有几个类型。第一种是吃得太少了，或者早期吐得太多，肚子里没
有足够的原料。如果便便在大肠里呆的时间过长，要知道大肠也是会吸收水分的，所以
