Commuter rail parking is $4/day, zone 2 commuter rail ticket is $151/mon.
If you live farther, it would be more than $200/mon. That means is have to

***Typically it is the fan motor***, or associated moving parts.
Sometimes it is the housing vibrating from the spinning of the blower fan.

shuttle stop to CUMC. You can also live a little farther and drive to the
shuttle stop or take a bus to NYC. Maryland is not far. I would look through
craigslist and contact a few house owners or brokers, and then make a trip
to Fort Lee and look around.

it's a risk in any wealthy town. englewood cliffs is an affluent community,
so yes, there's a possibility of it happening. you can't completely escape
the superficial, materialistic element in any upper income area.

supermarkets.

But it really is just the housing price that matters, not school.
Of course a lot of times goodness of school and price of housing has pretty
strong correlation.
But, if safety matters, the more expensive the entire town is, the safer.
School is less relevant. It's a farther proxy, than price, which is the most
