villa的一套四室公寓，租约9月份到期，所以想在暑假期间转租我现在住的一间卧室。
时间是6月-9月。
房间一个人住足够宽敞，屋内有彩电洗衣机，生活设施齐全。小区处于fairfax circle
附近，附近有多个大型的购物中心，离大中华，lotte，hmart都很近，出门就有7-11，
生活方便。小区门口就有cuebus，shuttle bus车站，距离vienna metro station只要
两站公交。

大家汇报一下。
1，背景
在I-267上速度为85/55，收到Reckless Driving summon
2，找律师情况
2a）我在网上做了研究，由于fairfax county的CA（检察官）不和个人谈deal，所以，
如果你的法院是fairfax county的话，基本上你就要请律师了。但是，据说其他county
，比如london等完全不用请律师，自己去和CA谈就行。
2b) 通过google和收到的广告，我写了一圈（>15）的邮件，打了一些电话。律师报价
差异极大，有的开价1500，有的是900一口价。大多数人的报价都在600-700之间。在一
系列邮件之后，有两个律师谈到了500，有两个谈到了650。考虑到那两个500的不太保
险，最终选了650的一个经验非常丰富的律师。
3，需要做的准备
一般情况下，律师都会要求做speedometer calibration，同时，要求你上一些课程。

research，我有辆车来回往返于2个州，并不是一直在va，因为我老婆还再原来那个州
，我在这个州有1年了。
但是今天收到fairfax county发来得东西，有我得车的信息，叫我交车的property tax
，还要注册一共300多，我有点莫名其妙
人说，只要我在VA住超过一个月，然后车子开过来，曾经在VA停过，就要交 property
tax，他们不管我车现在在哪 （现在在原来那个州），只要这个车的owner（我）人在
这里 rent 房子，就算resident，就得交这个property tax
请问各位，是这样吗？有哪位有类似经验吗？先谢谢各位了！ |
