州有些job fair的广告，那边倒是有可以暂时借住的朋友，在考虑着是不是飞过去参加
一些试试。
还有两个半月就要答辩了，心里愈来愈没底，有人建议我要实在找不着就裸奔到加州，
在local找，比远远地投简历会好一些，但那感觉压力也太大了吧。。。

还有一般和你谈的是engineer还是recruiter啊？假如你问他technical问题的话是不是
一般没有用，所以要问问general的问题？？这样怎么在career fair筛人啊，假如是个
recruiter即使你有很好的问题他也不一定懂，怎么体现出你qulify呢？

来。就是不知道值得折腾一趟不？有点纠结要不要去，对找工作有帮助吗？还是基本上

本上遇到的国人都非常的热情，解答各种疑问。
在Amazon的展台前遇到一个女阿三，我本来是对阿三没有偏见的，之前在实习公司里面
遇到的阿三至少表面上还是友好的。
这个女阿三和排在我前面的一个印度学生交谈时非常耐心并且保持微笑。轮到我的时候，
简历拿过去，基本没怎么看，问我啥时候毕业，（一般的recruiter这时都会自己在简
历上面写下毕业时间）。这个女阿三写都懒的写，直接把简历递回来，让我自己写。我
写好后，再给我两张纸条，说去网上申请吧。整个过程及其不耐烦。
遇到女阿三的经历顿时让我感受到了国人大哥大姐的热情啊。
所以大家以后career fair还是多找国人或者白人，还是不要找阿三。

，可能还需要几个礼拜才有新的消息。
这两天看到这个公司的HR在Linkedin发布消息，在下个月这家公司会在local举办一个
job
fair,据称不同部门的HMs都会到场(全是这家公司的）。
现在犹豫要不要飞过去一趟参加这个job fair。
如果决定要去，
1）要不要礼貌性的问之前的HM是否也会去，说自己会在那里？
2）去了那里，要不要跟别的HMs提到之前的电面经历，表示自己对公司有一定了解，有
备而来？顺便也比较容易打开话题，气氛不至于太僵？
我在网上搜了一圈，美国人对此的讨论好像觉得大部分是浪费时间，因为都是HR在那里
做样子，都跟找工作的人说去网上申请。但是自己觉得通告里面特别提到HMs会去，可
信度不知多高？大家有什么类似的经验？ |
