While targeting help, particularly educational resources, to individuals who
face poverty or other hardships is crucial I have concerns about repealing
initiative 200.
I did want to update you that this legislation did not pass either chamber
of the legislature before an important deadline and is not eligible to be
considered for the remainder of the session.

原因是心率比较低的人，突然站起来的时候，大脑会突然供血不足造成的：

resting heart rate. Many competitive runners have resting
heart rats of 40-50 beats per mintute. that's not usually a problem,
