× 第一次，加州百年不遇的下起了雨（每年只有10天左右下雨），前两天天气大好就
考试这一天而且是我考试的时候下雨。。。雨很小很小，玻璃上有几个点。墨西哥女考
官：你得开雨刷。我说：这雨很小的，但是还是打开了雨刷。于是回到DMV,fail掉
×第二次，一个行人在边道上晃悠，我看了看他，他不走。于是我就右转了。墨西哥女
考官：你影响行人通过！What the **?!我说，我等他了，他不走啊。考官：你要有

当时的情况是这样的，十字路口，遇到红灯，停下，右转弯。
看到左侧方向来车，以为有足够的时间make right turn， 没有想到左侧来车速度够快
，逼得人家转向，开向对方车道，差点发生事故，
不巧对条子看到，当场拿下，给了个ticket： failed to yield from red light....
当时有点吓晕了，以为是自己的错误，就接受了条子的说法，上路后看到旁边的限速是
45迈，有足够的理由相信那辆车的车速在60迈左右。
同条子理论的时候，以为他要给我一个no complete stop on red light 看到给了个
failed to yield..以为很轻的，后来仔细一想又觉得很冤枉，如果那个家伙开车在45
迈以内，绝对不会发生任何事情，决定上庭。
不知道如何说起，哪位兄弟帮忙

4个月，找了2个正式老师，考了4次。他说safety。 嗯，当老师听到我考过了，看到我
控制不住地开心的样子，没想到老太太侧身抱过我亲了我一下说congratulation.
这几次车考，真的是考死掉我。尤其亲眼看到别人轻轻松松就考过了，连我1/10练习都
没有。哎，心里那个不平衡呀。
对我fail的反映让我更是不忿亚。有几次上楼碰到人当知道我又fail了就都乐呵呵地说
：“没关系，下次就好了”。 恩，知道我fail了三次，朋友中有人安慰说“别不开心
，我听说有人考了7次才通过哪”。还有朋友说：“你知道我哈哈大笑呀，还是拍桌子
大笑”。更有人更可气地，问我：“你是T还是p呀”我说“T呀”，然后她说“真的是t
吗？”…….
哎，为了这个破驾照，我真是.....。哎，所以我今天真的好开心呀。哎，nnd，不容易
呀。

刚刚考完 Hesi 执照出关考试 ，班里一半的人fail 了。很多人哭着回家。
跟具policy ，failed 人还可以再考一次。如果在不过就永久fail，四年白读，不让毕
业。也难怪不哭着回家。
不过今天我还是考过来。忽然觉得千斤的压力终于谢下来了。 好想大哭一厂。觉得护
士program 简直就是地狱。

据我所知，这些clinical fail了的中国学生都没有医护背景，而有医护背景的中国学
生没有一个clinical fail的（注意：事情不是绝对的，我这里所谈的仅仅是在我所知
道的nursing program里发生的事情）。那些在clinical fail了的学生应该是语言及临
床技能两方面都有问题，但我相信，最主要的问题还是语言上的问题。一个Clinical
instructor 并不是单一地仅仅根据她对学生的观察作判断，她还会与相关的护士讨论
学生的实习情况，这是我在mentorship期间注意到的现象。 |

第一次和第二次fail后都有老师remediate，让她看到她错在哪里，如何提高，据前2个
老师说她从来都不听，继续按照自己的一套来。
今天开始前为了帮助她通过，我提醒她别忘了check pt's ID, ask for latex allergy
，等等她以前missed。结果她转身就忘。最致命的是她不知道怎么描述the findings，
use lay terms。我上课时给了学生很多描述，因为都是正常病人，其实很容易的，差
不多都说正常体征就是了。可人老人家几乎没有笔记，2次remediation都白费了。比如
她会说“skin looks good, sclera fine."。我中间提醒了她好几次good and fine
are not medical terms for your findings, please give me some other
descriptions。她干脆回答”I don't know how to say it" 我其实中间都不该提醒她
