* A Fremont police car (License Plate CA 1044455) was clearly recorded
running a stop sign, without stopping, at 12:47pm on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010
in front of Fremont Costco.
* When the photographer (private citizen) showed the video to the officers (
2 in the car), one of the officers stepped out. He asked the photographer's
ID (refused) and ordered the photographer to stay without moving. The female
driver called other Police officers to arrest the photographer.
* The photographer moved inside Staples store to avoid the sun. The male
officer in the car followed the photographer to Staples. He got very close
to the photographer attempting to get the camera. He stopped only when the
photographer told him to keep a distance.
* A 2nd police car came. The male officer in the 1st police car went back to
talk with the 2nd car.
* Both the 1st and 2nd police cars started to run away from the photographer
, without talking to the photographer.
* The photographer asked to talk with the officer in the 2nd car. The
officer told the photographer he could not issue the ticket to the violator
since it was on a private (Costco) parking lot. This sounds very absurd to
the photographer since the 1st police car was coming to the same lot to
issue tickets to other people.
* A 3rd police car with a female officer came while the photographer
was talking to the 2nd police car.
* The 3rd police car ran away from the photographer when the photographer
asked to talk with the female officer insider the car.
What is next?
The photographer plans to send the video and photos to new media.
The goal is to issue the female driver a ticket for failing to stop. | I*****2

在这儿见过太多蛮横的警察了，亲眼看见一个警察在一个小店里面买了咖啡糕点不给钱
，有个行人说了一句，被威胁差点铐走了。
