带手铃让自己calm down 而且也易怒，情绪波动很大。那个电影实际上是在说一个
coping process 小孩怎么去接受父亲离去的事实 （就是发现自己不是唯一不幸的，同
时发现自己其实比很多人幸福，同时很多人关心他）。
descendent里面应该是父母和子女的 attachment 出了问题。父亲说 他不知道怎么和
自己的女儿交流， 这个话说出来就很寒了。。。。所以阿父母再忙再有钱也不能撒手
不管小孩。只是后来 女儿告诉他秘密以后 他们之间有了共同利益，所以隔阂消失，又
可以有attachment了。 |

時候出差用很方便。
Extreme 是夠家裡用了。如果你有 Mac 的話，建議如 Time Capsule，自帶 NAS 的硬
盤，2TB 或者 3TB，既是路由器，又能自動通過 Time Machine 給電腦備份，很方便。
都需要額外的 modem |

还没来得及预览DVD，睡觉前匆匆看了几眼书，感觉它的Burn和Lean Phase都是combo
moves，有点儿synergestic的意思，而Push Phase则看起来像比较classic的weight
lifting。Breakdown Sets的概念要求用慢动作达到力竭，我觉得我可能会喜欢，正好
校正我一个set最后一两个动作往往姿势变差的毛病。
比较诧异的是它每周居然安排了两个rest days，好像多了点儿？不知道可不可以把周
二的休息替换成burn interval + extreme abs，甚至干脆ploymetrics。然后再周日的
休息日花半个小时左右专门补一下pull up，我觉得背部肌肉对于男的来说还是很关键
的。
还有一个问题就是它的combo moves好像都是要蹲的，马步弓步什么的，每天这样蹲会
不会对膝盖的压力加大？
吃的方面现在的想法是跟P90X的recovery week持平吧，2400-2500卡，早700加100中

也有点专门的拉伸，只是感觉不太过瘾。
另外，小苏要注意刚开始哑铃重量可能要比P90X少5-10磅，因为是慢动作，还老
要保持平衡。所以我最喜欢的是Push Circuit，那个可以上大重量。 |

我现在练的这个是两套Beachbody的DVD（都可以从我的网站买到，也还是照例退10%），
ChaLean Extreme需要哑铃，TurboFire主要是HIIT和Resistance Band（买DVD自带），
不需要别的东西了。我两套DVD都有，因为是同一个trainer，Beacbody遍了一套计划两
个结合起来练的。我现在就是尽量跟计划练，然后加几次跑步。 |

因为有个高中孩子要看学校，上午在Stanford校园转了下。回忆起十几
年前在这里玩，恍若隔世。下午开车到Yosemite外的旅馆。头很疼，实
在没兴趣跑了。
6/7：Walked a little in Yosemite
在公园里转了大半天。只走了几个小trail。爆了个轮胎，有好心人看
我们手忙脚乱的不知道怎么换备用胎，过来帮忙。居然还放心地把自
己的相机让我帮着拿，我自然也特别小心地在他们急忙跑去赶shuttle
的时候提醒他们拿回相机。总不能人家帮了忙我还得个相机啊。：）
6/8：7 miles running
上午参观了Berkeley校园。这次的旅馆在SF机场附近，位置特别好，窗
外就能看到海湾，和飞机的起落。出门就是Bay Trail，沿着海岸跑步，
风景极好，鸟语花香的。
6/9：4 miles running，Burn Circuit 2
因为这个trail跑步太棒了，早晨抽时间又跑了四迈玩玩。然后上飞机
回家，晚上又练了ChaLean Extreme的Burn Circuit 2。在外面不合适
练力量，回来这几天补上。
