Extreame III, IV之类的还是以前的编号，现在应该是不生产了（至少不叫这个名字了
）。
现在只有Extreme和Ultra系列了，配上标称速度来区别具体型号。
现在的Ultra 30MBps大概相当于以前的Extreme III。
现在的Extreme （没有II, III, IV之类的区分）相当于以前的IV或者更快，
属于SanDisk的顶级产品。Extreme 系列中再以速度区分具体型号。
以上是本人的分析和判断，不一定准确，请大牛和神医指正。呵呵 |

老妈买的机器是Canon EOS 5D Mark II（在日本买的），最近想换成SanDisk Extreme
Pro CompactFlash memory card 32GB，现在用的是Extreme CompactFlash 16GB，刚发
现SanDisk有一个这样的note:
16GB CompactFlash card or higher only detected as 8GB when formatted in a
Canon 5D DSLR.
Why is there only 8GB left after formatting my 16GB Extreme III or Extreme
IV CompactFlash card on my Canon 5D DSLR?
The older Canon 5D firmware does not support capacities of more than 8GB.

结果今天出了新的固件，支持所有802.11n的Airport Extreme和Time Capsule
声称改进了USB
以前做无线备份的时候觉得速度比较慢。更新之后移动一个大文件可以稳定超过5MB/s
的速度，虽然不是奇快，但是记得以前之后2-4MB/s，当时网友们说是因为Airport
Extreme的USB芯片处理数据速度不够快。
反正我感觉速度是提高了。dual-band的和Time Capsule的USB盘速度比我这个快，不知
道更新之后是否回更快。
哦对了，想起来如果网络不用WPA2加密，无线备份速度会快很多。
所以CPU速度应该有很大影响。搜索了一下，网上2007年的测评，也是<4MB/s的读写速
度。所以现在> 5MB确实是改进了。 |

你要买的是路由器，Airport Extreme，用来接DSL，Modem之类上网的，替代你现在的
router。
Express更像是一个中继器，repeater, 用来扩充你的无线网的，不是你现在router的
替代。
你房子的大小任何decent的路由器都不应该有问题。
Dual Band是指同时支持Wifi 2.4G和5G的，不是加宽你的带宽，但是如果你有支持5GHz
的wifi卡的话，比如Macbook，或者笔记本Intel 62XX, 63XX, 53XX之类的网卡，5GHz
上都可以达到300MBPS的速度（理论，实际速度还有效率要远低于这个，1/2就不错了）
。Extreme支持的功能是同时2.4和5G，这样你不支持5GHz的device也不会受到影响，比
如iPhone。支持5GHz的device可以得到更快的访问速度，比如MBA， iPad（虽然我觉得
iPad不需要那么快的wifi网速）。
你两台机器一起看视频你是看哪里的视频？要是都是online stream的和你的网速有关

个吧，看视频、FaceTime等从来不卡。AirPlay也很稳定。遇到停电自己重启，从来不
用管，我好几个朋友家的路由器遇到停电就不行了，还要手动重启。
总之，很满意。现在家里一个Airport Extreme，一个Airport Express连打印机和音响
，足够了。目前没有设备可以用802.11ac，因此也就先不升级新的Airport Extreme了
。也许哪天上个Time Capsule备份吧。 |

I have an extreme value problem which confused me a lot....
suppose delta=p-q, where p & q are positive and a function of x, and delta
has an maximum value at xc, that is, d(delta)/dx=0 at xc.
Now can I prove that (c-p)/q also has an extreme value at xc??? If yes, how
to prove it???
