I work in the oil industry and actually have a data contract with IHS. They
are very protective of their data and will prosecute to the full extent to
protect this data. I know, I signed a contract with them. And I dont believe
that stolen data is public. Sure there is some information that is public
like the locations and maybe other easily known data, but not everything is

I've had many clients like your friend. A 5 minute conversation is about the
extent of the due diligence necessary to realize that he is not a person
you could rely upon to either honestly service his debts or to be
sophisticated enough to be aware of his capacity to service debts. I've seen
far more insolvencies due to a person's lack of ability to make accurate
budgets than anything related to dishonesty.

光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预

不过火警训练是每年都要的。
火警响了，第一就是关门，每个门都是防火防烟的。医院的人员配置不可能做到搬离病
人。因为火警一响，就不能用电梯。现在的病人，至少1/3是不能自己走的。很多都是
完全卧床的。我们一般是6个病人一个护士，8-12个病人一个护工，能照顾独立行走的
病人走就不错了。完全卧床的病人走防火通道那是不可能的，除非是FIREFIGHTER来背
。所以只能按POLICY来做。
当然大部分是假火警。但是真要是本楼层着火了，估计只能是照顾能行动的病人逃离，
抢救剩下的病人只能是消防员的工作了。
平常把一个不能行动的病人从CART移动到床上都要4个人。你怎么抢救。
除了关门，碰到突发的火灾，所有的医院POLICY都是R〉A〉C〉E

1980年中国婴儿死亡率远远高于回归线水平，也即是说，虽然GDP很低，但是卫生健康
水平却出奇的高，属于典型的outlier。但是随着改开推进，中国的优势逐步减少，并
被斯里兰卡这样的国家甩在后面，和其他国家的差距整体都在缩小，越来越趋近于回归
