其他人那里买来的，可能是个公司的名字。 必须以那个公司的名义CLAIM. 否则他们不
受理。如果是FEDEX大户都会有一个ACCOUNT REP, 先联系他们，然后再找相应的部门。
否则很难要回来。感觉他们只是走过场，要一个SN 然后在他们LOST AND FOUND找一找
，找不到就DENY了。
我几个月以前寄到美国国内的两个IPAD，两个包裹，结果同时被偷。恶劣的是他们把我
的标签剪下来（我是贴的）放在其他包裹上面， 后来我找到 CUSTOMER SERVICE 大头
（网上GOOGLE),写了一封声情并茂的信，收集所有证据。最后他们还找我取了一个假包
裹。我打了无数电话，在他们内部转来转去，最后终于FEDEX全赔。FEDEX很大，互相之
间也不TALK,更不要说神医，护士，买家，异地之间复杂的关系了。
FEDEX有内部警察，但是很难联系上他们,而且据说现在偷的很多。我是在WORLD WIDE
CENTER DROP的，找店经理，没用。我国内走的是GROUND，不是国际EXPRES |

pass the customs, remember that you must hold the original I-94 and do not
give it to the consulate though your visa has expred. I had the same
experince when i held H-1 visa and my old visa had expired too. I went to
Canada in March this year and plan to go there in June again. I suggest that
you had better apply for re-entry visa to US when you are in Canada so that
you have the chance the travel back and forth easily in the future.
