于是让 area manager 问，面子果然大些，告诉了些细节，大致上就是说end of
process, with FBI.

几个月都没有收入，早就靠借债度日了。。。
opt unemployment 90天都被等的快到了，搞的挺紧张，差不多打算都要回国了。还好
原来老板收留，又匆匆忙忙的搬回学校当临时工，又relocation了一下
大家都抱怨的话，也许HM会和HR商量，给多发点relocation啥的，至少。。 |

发帖数: 41 | 13 我倒是觉得Dept of Commerce的人说的有道理，一定是Intel内部的问题。首先，其他
公司的人多数2、3个月批了，说明DoC的人在干活。Intel不是一两个而是大批出现耽搁
，只有可能是这个公司自己的问题。
昨天和我联系的officer说他们NEVER持续6个多月不给任何回复，一般最坏情况是3、4
个月后告知需要额外材料；如果现在还没有联系，他说基本上是要么Intel之前跟本就
拖着没提交，要么是反馈信息早就回到了Intel，但是他们自己没有处理。我个人联系
几次觉得应该就是Intel export部门根本就没在干活，无论联系谁都会给踢到别的部门
去，最后踢来踢去就都没回应了。
我的结论就是：本版有没有公司黑名单，把Intel加上吧（绿卡或公民除外）。 |

2 are about 27% and 23% of the total cases respectively. These two
companies must be Intel and Qualcomm. So from June to August, Intel should
have submitted about 50 cases for China Mainland (25% * 25% (3 months) * 800
(total cases from China Mainland in 2011) . About 15 cases in this thread
are still waiting.. |

My HR said
“We are starting to see export licenses come in that have been pending
majority of mid to end of 2012. We are communicating same day any that come
in (they seem to come overnight so we generally get the message out by
lunchtime). “
Finger crossed, plus my toes.

opt现在是card production 的状态，估计还有几天就拿到了。但是开始日期是2月17号

已经开始转H-1B了. 但他们要申请Export License, 刚才查了一下,都说要2个月以上.
其实觉得对我来说等不是个问题,就想问一下,那个东西不会不批,导致offer被撤回吧?
还有就是,这个时候要是回趟国的话,签证有什么问题么? |

本人EE的，之前拿到公司A的offer，需要办export license。HR说办EL一般4-6个月办
下来。拿到EL之后，公司才会开始给办H1B。我的EL申请材料12月初交到公司，有可能
拿到EL后赶不上今年H1B申请了。
因为opt二月中就开始生效，考虑到opt生效后失业时间不能超过90天，最近开始试着投
别的公司。现在另外一家公司B打算给我offer，职位类似。
我打算最终还是去A。现在纠结着要不要先接下B的offer去上班，等EL拿到后去A？只是
觉得这么做太伤RP。B说会马上帮申请H1B，如果公司花钱帮着办H1B，我干上没几天就
跑了，感觉更伤rp。
还是跟B说能不能做temporary job,比如intern 或者 contract？可是这么说的话很可
能B的offer就泡汤了。
如果只想维持身份的话，导师那儿也可以做volunteer。
纠结中，周四就要和B公司的HR谈了。真心请教，该怎么做比较好？ |
