I will say that my title yesterday is misleading. At the very least, it is
not quantitive. I am talking about the word "sharpply."
Bloomberg news was correct in saying US trade deficit with China, $16.1
billion in March, 2008 was "the smallest in two years."

不是所有职位都要 Export License。
大多数软件职位没有什么值得让美国对着中国保密的内容，也就犯不着办出口许可。
不过并不是每个 Hiring Manager，HR，Legal 人员都了解这档子事儿。
HM要想偷懒的话，倒是可能以此为借口，省下咨询 HR/Legal 的功夫。
要不就是这个 Kernel Driver 的活儿确实涉及国防科技。^_^ |

事情。我6/01向Fragomen提交了所有申请材料，大概多久能approve? 7/18入职来得及
么?有被拒的情况么？IntelNewHire告诉我up to 6~8 weeks， 但是Fragomen却告诉我3
~4 months，有点担心HM等不了，收回offer，因为听说intel存在因为EL时间太长的而
收回offer的情况。 |
