来了再过去上班。我记得我原来好像在网上看到过有人是先工作着，然后再边工作边等
export license的，但是我现在找不到原文了。不知道这样行不行，或者大家有什么好

？如果直接说还没EAD卡，需要等，就怕offer不给了。面试都面完了，希望应该挺大，
虽然还没发offer,但HR已经还是着手收集相关信息了，不想因为这个黄了。。
2. 到底export control license和OPT能否并行申请的？比如我现在提交OPT申请，同
时让公司提交export control license的申请，可行不？请有经验的朋友说说。谢谢！ |

做export license。 问题是，我旧的H1B一个月后就要失效了（export license要60-
90天才下来），到时候，即使有了新的h1B,但是没有export license还是不能工作，这
种情况下我能用我的新H1B合法呆在美国么（我记得H1B没有payroll就无效）？有哪位
大侠有类似经历么？有什么walk around 么？

请OPT的同时申请Export control license， 这样6月份刚好OPT和Export control
license都差不多同时下来？还是必须等待OPT下来了，才能开始申请Export control
license， 这样的话，就要差不多到8月份才能上班了？谢谢有经验的人指教一下吧。

我做一个关于 export license的questionaire。信里面还说如果该工作涉及的技术
subject to export license，那么Job offer就会根据该公司获得export license的能
力而contingent。
请问各位大虾，这个是公司入职前都有的对于non-citizen的例行公事。还是说如果需
要这个东东那么Offer会有问题，甚至cancel??? 我听说Intel，高通都要提前申请这个
东西。但是我快要入职的公司不清楚是什么政策。而且信里面要我在入职第一天带着那
个questionaire...也没说没这个东西不能入职啥的...

了一个QUALCOMM的OFFER，决定去，但QUALCOMM要办EXPORT LICENSE，HR说至少要等七
八十天才能拿到,很有可能把我OPT的90天允许失业期限全部用完。Q家HR又说如果OPT的
90天要是真的用完了,QUALCOMM就会让我去上班，但我上班啥都不能干，包括不能登录
任何公司的电脑。
我在想是不是先把手头另一个OFFER答应了去上一会儿班同时等Q的EXPORT LICENSE，但
又觉得这很伤RP，也怕签了协议会有很严重的法律后果。。。
Q家的SIGNING BONUS还挺多，能顶在另一家做3个月的工资了；另外等Q的EXPORT
LICENSE期间还能回国看看父母，以后估计没机会了
大家觉得我应该咋办？应该立即把另一家拒掉吗？多谢了！ |

没下来,都等3个半月了. 所以我的问题是,假如现在我回国去激活H1B,那么我需不需要
等Export License下来再去?换句话说,国内签证官看不看Export License,如果我H1B首
次激活?

边工作边等Export License不就行了~ 所以，HR才说你可以先来上班，只要高层同意你
在Export未办下来的时候，接触一些非敏感资料，不影响你的日常工作就行，我没觉得
这有什么问题。

请问版上tx，这个export compliance license 怎么申请？现在手里还有另外一家公司
offer，本周内急需答复，我应该怎么办？等60天？还是去另外那家公司？

我的LD也在办H1B. 昨天我们问国际办公室PACKAGE邮寄了没. 他们说还要做 "deemed
export documentation", 而且给我们解释了这是什么东西. 我去掉了些个人信息. 你
看看下面的回复. 感觉这个很容易做, 只要做就可以过. 只是你的律师不知道有这回事
而已.

若选择Export Data, Microsoft Excel Destination， 那些多于255列的表就无法输出
。有办法更改255这个限额吗？
若选择Export Data, Flat File Destination， 多于255列的表可以输出。但Flat
File Destination每次只能输出一个表，不像Microsoft Excel Destination一下子可
以选择所有要输出的表。不知有什么programming可以把要输出的表的名字列出来，然
后自动循环输出？

一般流程是先发offer letter 再办export license。
至于你能不能没有export license就去上班，这个是ymmv的，要以你manager跟hr说的

我自己的export license花了6个月时间，那是4年前的事情了，但是当时稀里糊涂，什么
都不明白，幸运的是批准了。 最近身边一个朋友有同样的问题（不同公司），并且申请
被拒，我就根公司管这方面事情的人聊了很长时间，相信我现在对这个东西又比较透彻的
了解了。
首先，美国政府要求某些领域的公司雇用持有某些特有国家护照的公民时要申请export
license，但是不硬性强求，也就是说，政府并没有一个特定的必须申请el的公司名单。
但是如果将来出现泄密或者其它对美国不利的事情并追查出是由某公司来自于特殊国家雇
员而且该雇员应该但是没有申请EL，美国政府就会找该公司的麻烦。所以是否为雇员申请
EL完全是公司自愿行为。
其次，申请了但是不一定会批准，而且美国政府保留不告 |

需要判断这个文件（如上面的table_1)是不是空文件（一个obs都没有，只有变量名）
。 如果是空文件的话就自动不运行这个proc export 命令。

目。一般来说在项目开始前他们会和你一起研究一个方案，包括如何对参加项目的人员
进行简单的背景调查，如何进行export control training，如何隔离生成的数据，等
等。项目进行过程中以及结束后要严格遵循这个方案，不要大意。出国带的笔记本电脑
