发帖数: 31 | 3 近期想买个mid-sized SUV， 目前考虑 Explorer vs Traverse vs Pilot 这几款。但
是各有优缺点，例如
Explorer 有人说外观好，但是里面设计很差，驾驶员左腿没地方放，第三排也比较鸡
肋。我虽然基本不用第三排，但是想要个大点的车。
Travserse 评价比较正常，没有太明显的优势。第三排也基本不好用。有人说安全性不
太好，不知道实际情况如何。开过Chevy的车，觉得GM的trasimission还是挺平稳的，
所以想考虑traverse。 他家Equinox有点小了。
Pilot 的9速transimission被人骂，换挡很卡顿，但是老的6速好像还行，不知道有人
可以提供一些驾驶感觉的信息么。
上面3款的reliability貌似是Pilot > Traverse > Explorer，如果有偏差请指正。谢

它）。动力不是一般的强。其他配置也很高。
MKX基本就是精装修版的Edge。在福特产品线里，Explorer比Edge是高一挡的。

mileage plus explorer card，开卡有25000，满足条件最多可有4万bonus miles.
但是在flyertalk有人说这个卡总共可给到6万，开卡刷一次5万？
另外，T&C 里面说“This one-time bonus offer is only valid for first-time

就没免费过。不过，不管别人怎么说，我今年一月份，中美航线，就check 2nd bag
free。去年还有一次，虽然那次柜台人员不清楚，找他们的supervisor，浪费了些时间
，最后还是通过了。
然而下面是几天前的经历：北京机场，无论怎么说都不给第二个行李免费，说最近政策
变了。无奈之下只好用Explorer卡交了450RMB，下来一查，还真变了。。。看附件。自

这个是黑纸白字的，细致到了不同的credit cards。$95年费的Milageplus Explorer卡
不行，$395的Mileageplus Club卡就可以。这样的话，Explorer卡就没啥保留价值了，

以上是$71.14+$2.13(foreign transaction fee...)换来的经验。 |

如果我用别的卡买UA机票，总共攒15000点，如果用UA explore卡在代理那里买UA的机
票，总共攒15000加1200点，如果用UA explore卡在UA网站上买机票，总共攒15000加
1200点加1200点，对吧?
也就是说，在UA网站上订票多1200点，值回票价（1200／65000）*1200大约$24. 这样

ideally是想两个同时申请，但是一方面怕3个月花不了4000块钱，另一方面听说申请
chase的卡最好中间隔上3个月在申，否在会被拒，不知道是不是真的？
如果只能先申请一个，是先蓝宝石还是UA Explorer呢？
是不是蓝宝石比较难申到？
我的情况是，1年难坐一次飞机，要申UA Explorer纯粹是为了和蓝宝石一起凑里程兑换
回国的机票。如果先申请UA，而蓝宝石比较难申不到的话，UA的卡就白申了。但是如果
先申请蓝宝石，看到别人提供的方法UA可以要到5万里程，等我三个月后再申UA会不会
就要不到5万了。
求指个明路啊！大家一般是什么顺序？ |

然后打一束光，弄出一个心型的投影。这东西恨不得每天explore里都有。。。
据说最有效的办法是去拼命给已经上explore的照片（或者是同作者的其他照片）加
fave，这样有些人会有默契回加，这些人的权重有比较高，这样就比较容易上explore

试着用过一个显示隐藏“*”符号还原的小软件，不成功:(
hotmail里面自己设置的秘密问题答案，也记不清楚了:(
请问还有别的方法可以找回密码么？
目前还是可以通过msn
explorer正常的收发邮件，只是由于没有密码，所以无法用ie在hotmail登陆

.exe出现错误

今天update norton，发现一个病毒叫PWsteal.xxx.xx的，在这个explore.exe里面。

disk. It can access the same folders in 8G flash drive. So I copied the
foloders back to hard disk and use explorer to access the copied folders. It
crashes again. Here is the error message.

动力：
自然吸气版：PIU V6 3.7 vs Explorer V6 3.5
PIU排量大0.2升，马力多20多匹。另外变速箱齿比也不一样，PIU有更大的轮上扭矩，
更好的加速性。
涡轮增压EB (Ecoboost) 版：PIT 3.5TT vs Explorer Sport 3.5TT
两个鸡头一样。但变速箱齿比也不一样，PIU有更大的轮上扭矩，更好的加速性。
当然，PIU的油耗也更高。
其他配置：
PIU很多东西 (发电机，电池，变速箱以及滑油冷却系统，刹车，悬挂等) 都按heavy
duty设计。悬挂系统也更适合激烈驾驶（可能有更好的操控性？我没试过）。车门内可
选装凯夫拉防弹装甲，可以抵抗一般手枪子弹（这个是option，而且玻璃并不防弹）。
PIU做过追尾测试，可以保证被其他车以 75mph (120km/h) 追尾撞击后保证乘员的安全
。但是PIU取消了第三排座椅，不排除福特以牺牲原第三排空间来达到这一目的。当然
车尾相信也经过一定的加强。
PIU作为家用车几个明显的缺点：

it coz the price is too high according to both dealer or autoshop. I drove
another 1 year and sold it.
You can search online. It is a very normal problem for 2002-2005 explorer.
Usually it is a sensor so you need to change the gasket altogether, which
probably does not need to open the whole tranny. I did not feel much
difference before the light on so I guess it is just a issue that does not
really need to be fixed. |

4 runner 是综合素质不错的一款车，卡车框架，公路性能比较平顺，越野能力和reliability都不错。有钱就上land cruiser吧。但感觉还是买pickup 划算点。F150 或者compact的 tacoma都不错。 |

我想可能是急刹车时，断开了发动机和变速箱，起到了离合器的作用，在启动的时候，
需要重新让齿轮咬合？
SUV比较重，建议缓加速，提前减速，不要让车速变动太快，这样也许能使
transmission的寿命长一点。另外，就是转弯速度一定要慢，不然容易出事 |
