I bought a trap specifically for capturing the rabbit living next to my
vegetable bed. the first animal came to the trap was a skunk. I had to risk
my life to reopen the door and let it go, in that short minute, I was aimed
for a dozen times, fortunately it did not fire.
the next thing got trapped was a raccoon, I let it go again because I don't

我2013年是第一年按resident alien保税, 早早用turbotax报了税,结果后来收到了
关于前5000 treaty的1042s(脑残根本没记得这件事),请教这种情况要如何amend?
turbotax里没有此项填写的地方。。谢谢!

关键是看你自己efile的时候有没有申报treaty。
如果没有申报,1042S的内容对于R而言不用报,你的efile是正确的;如果申报了,就
是重复申报,要填1040x更正。
看你的情况,你用的是TurboTax,不可能申报treaty,所以没关系,你报的税没有错

Interestingly, He' the grandson of Yuan Shi-kai.
Li-Young Lee was born in Djakarta, Indonesia in 1957, the son of exiled

终于开始这个一个人的旅游了,坐上飞机的那一刹那,很有一种大笑的冲动,虽然不是第
一次,但是看到Travel版上草鱼的游记,觉得,应该放弃在可以在高空懒懒睡觉的机会,
开始这点点的记叙。
机票是从New Hampshire的Manchester机场,飞Maryland的Baltimore,和我的目的地DC还
有一个多小时的火车程,然而,为了拿到便宜的Southwest的价钱,也只有委屈自己早半个
小时起床,去赶这50 Miles之外的方便了。送我的朋友,比我还准时,一路上,我兴奋的
一直说话,让他惊讶于半梦游状态的我,还能有这样的精力。
看到Southwest的飞机,我忍不住picky了一把,是啊,简直就是小孩子的绘画作品啊,多
weird的红色,多weird蓝色,放到大家中间,显得太Cheap啦。哎,人家就是很cheap嘛。
不然,我干吗跑过来啊。
安检的过程,无一例外的繁杂,sensor连我牛仔裤上的小纽扣都不放过,都是自己细细的
银手镯惹祸,整整傻站了五分钟。

因为之前在网上看到说,Baltimore的National Aquarium 是很棒的,能够和其他精彩的水
族馆媲美,一下飞机,就迫不及待的坐轻铁(Light Rail)去了。尤其是,不小心在网上找
到11:00之前入场可以省三块钱的Coupon,就更加是飞身扑去。然而,轻铁总是脚步轻了些
,到了ticket office的时候,刚刚好,11:03分。
学生票,这里是没有的,看来是我满头大汗感染了这个买票哥哥,那三块钱,还是省了下
来。不过,我背着所有的行李,在有钢架Frame的背包里,却没有可以Coat Check In的地
方。Information Desk的阿姨同情的看了我一眼,嗯,"If you got child, and you are
having a stroller, you can check it in here. But, bags cannot." "Well, how I

看到的最令人兴奋的展览,应该算是海马的集会。
首先见到的,是红色的SeaDragon,不知道怎么描述,但是,我终于理解了,在迪斯尼动画
片的《木兰》当中,为什么西方人眼中的Dragon会长那个样子。他们就是照着Sea Dragon
画的!在这一点上,中国龙我是没有找到过可以印象过去的生物了,结论是,想象力是很
重要的。
还有一种鱼,叫做pipefish,它真的就是一根很细很细的管子,站在海草中间,比谁都像
海草。可是,它有个小小的头,还有小小的嘴巴呢。
叫做Potbelly的海马,有着很大的肚皮,挺起来,慢慢的游着,很是骄傲的样子。旁边注
解的牌牌上说,虽然他们肚皮大大,而且,也是由雄性生育,但是,这池子里面,不是全
都怀孕的。不禁暗笑,呵呵,这世界上也有会受苦的male。
旁边的小台子上摆着晒干了的海马,会想起小的时候,见过爷爷的药酒大瓶子里面也有这
些,那个时候,总是想着偷偷的把它捞出来,却常常被旁边也泡着的一条大蜈蚣吓得缩回
手来,长大的我,连在厨房里面奔跑的蟑螂都不会害怕,还能够勇敢扑灭。

这阵子,在水族馆里面最受欢迎的,估计就是在Find Nemo里面有份出演的那些角色了。
看到Clawn Fish,身边的小孩子们,就会兴奋得大叫,Nemo!Nemo!!这个时候,我不禁怀疑
,Pixar的总部是不是就在附近。真的,连Clawn Fish住的那种水草,都和片子里面的一样
,粉色的,长出长长的,软软的触角,小鱼儿就在里面穿来穿去,想起Marlin刚刚买的新
房子,呵呵,还有优秀的学校,Excellent neighbors。
还有见到Marlin得好朋友,Dory,那只Hippo Tang,有个小男孩儿似模似样的说,"I suf
fered from short-term memory loss..." 后面跟着的小男孩紧跟着说,"See, I am of
natural blue."人群都笑了起来。想象,如果,这些鱼儿们要是有手,估计,签名都要签
到手软。
Gill是那只脸上有疤痕的,在牙医鱼缸里面最酷的那只,一模一样的那只,在这里,叫做
Emperor Angelfish,真是奇怪

在波士顿待了快一年,去到哪里,都会忍不住和这个城市比较一下子,一方面会发现其
他城市独特的美感,另一方面,也会更加懂得享受波士顿的乐趣了。在其中,Fine Art
Museum几乎是我用来比较的重要方面。
在Baltimore的下午,借着one day pass,在来来往往的巴士线上走走停停,看见一幢漂
亮的房子,就下来,走一个block,再随便选个方向坐车。还好,这里也是差不多方方正
正的网格,也没有跑得太远,可是,手里没有一张地图,还是很不方便的。
四处望望,information center是找不着了,不远处,有一间Marriot,我信步走入大堂
,直奔大堂经理,“嗯,大叔啊,有景点地图么?我想出去玩儿。“大叔哼了一下子,
心里一定在想,一看这背着半人高的行囊的小丫头,肯定不是我们的住客。好在修养不
错,递给我一张地图,什么都没有说。
我继续恬着脸皮问,“那个B&O railrold museum怎么走啊?“

留连各地,常常也会拿来和波士顿比较的,还有教堂。虽然,我们这地方的教堂丑闻,
其他地方不怎么比的上,就建筑而言,我们也是很古老的town了。
出了Walters,就是Baltimore有名的Washiong Monument,坐落在Mount. Vernon上(这
个绝对只能算是小山丘),旁边,就是古老的教堂了。走得累了,想进去坐坐,拉门,
关着。
站在楼梯上,有几分犹豫,不知道接下来去哪里,一分钟不到,天突然阴了,然后就下
起雨来,放下包,缩在教堂的屋檐下面,反正没有决定好,就躲躲雨吧。
一个人坐在还留着太阳刚刚晒过,有点余热的阶梯上,抱着大背包,蜷着,因为檐太短
。有一点恍惚,不知道是热了点,还是冷了点,不知道是想走,还是想接着坐着,不知
道雨会不会下大,该不该把伞从背包的底部找出来,愣在那里,呆呆望着急雨中有点朦
胧的灰白色街道,突然,很想有人走过来,不管是说英语,法语,德语,粤语,还是普

今天的最后一站,打算是在Little Italy附近的Mo's Restraunt吃他们有名的Blue Cra
b。嗯,这些做法倒是不错,可是,透过玻璃窗一看,天啊,都是海大的一盘,这我哪抗
得住啊,俺是出门消耗卡路里的,可不是出来做“蟹填鸭”的。沿着Little Italy的海
边走,经过Marriot,居然看到一家在海港尖尖上的Caffee,露天的坐着,非常吸引人。
走进去,要了个Crab cake的Sandwich。嗯,这样的晚饭应该不错,重点是,分量没有那
么多。
坐下来,左手边远远的湾旁边,有黑黑的厂房,上面居然亮着Domino Sugars。哈,突然
想起,Baltimore好像就是炼糖的好地方,而且,就是我们厨房常用的Domino的大本营。
嗬嗬,看过去,拱拱手,嗯,久仰,久仰。
正对面的海湾旁,有红色房子,上面用蓝色和红色,嵌成了cute的LOVE,O自成了小小的
红心。右手边,就是热闹的Concert Pavilion,今天晚上正好有Jazz Concert。待着吃

昨天说起来,自己错过了Babe Ruth的博物馆,是因为只想当Red Sox的忠实Fans。然后,
就发现自己白痴的一面了,而且,足以见得我这fans做的有多么不地道了。
原来,Babe Ruth是出生在Baltimore,然后,到了Boston,1914年开始在RedSox效力,曾
经一度去Rhode Island的Providence的Minor队培养,至此之后,他开始在RedSox逐渐体现

For those who LOVE China ONLY and cannot imagine themselves being upstanding
citizens of the US of A, I fully understand and expect them to be "not so
motivated".
Their existence in America is one of exile nature.
Not that there is anything wrong with that...
