不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：

而pk跟bug的关系更是密不可分。
因为pk最大一个要素就是要出其不意。
如果你使用的传统pk招数对方早已有所防范，
那么就很难得手。
我前面提到用huifeng的方法pk，
某种程度上可以说是一个bug，
但是xyj2000构架，应该说还是非常合理与平衡的。
而在一些类xyj的新站中，被利用来pk的bug就数不胜数了。
比如，有些站增加火云洞的exert fire，
这是exert，非pfm或cast，所以能够在没有限制exert的安全区使用。
因为要在战斗中使用，可以先和坐骑进入战斗状态，
然后迅速跑到安全区使用，同时攻击所在房间所有玩家。
这是一个例子，我想说的是，
pk在很大程度上推动了一个mud的完善。 |
