多谢回复!我在夏威夷,好象还必须交州的GE TAX(general excise tax).只是我现在收
到1099MISC才GOOGLE了一下才知道.报这个税要半年一次,都过期了.我明天去问一下该
怎么办吧. 多谢! |

（比如从 multi member降为 single member LLC， 或以前有过雇员）, 原来的EIN
应该也可以用。

没有收到的账单，可能不会有罚款。如果有罚款，你补交罚款就好了，不会有啥影响。
