doctor seriously and do it for sure. i had a knee surgery in 2004 and i was
young and too lazy to do those recovery excises after the surgery, which
result in a very weak right knee even now, too late to regret and it bothers

semiannually报general excise tax(GET).
这个客户请一个加州的cpa帮报税，这个cpa估计不知道hawaii有这么变态的规定，所以
没报GET,这个客户因此被罚了好多钱。
问题是：
1.hawaii州税的表格上rental一栏没有任何关于GET的提示，感觉就是为了trap不了解
这个规定的人
2.这个cpa有没有liability? 被告的话是不是要赔钱
