用的。问题是那个信封太小，根本不够用，而且估计用那个信封也不能寄快件。想问一
下遇到这种情况，能用快件寄吗，然后把那个信封附在邮件里。还是说必须要用那个信
封，不然移民局不会知道邮件是用来补充材料的，就不着急看信。有经验的人能给讲讲
吗，十分感谢。 |

visa stamp? it has to be last 6 months (last 3 months better)
if your visa stamp was gotten before September 2013, evidently, your photo

request for evidence，GOOGLE了一下，貌似是要求补充材料的意思，心里很慌，请有
经验的朋友帮我分析一下，问题出在哪里？
疑点1，我一共拿了两个美国的master学位，先一个CS，中间间隔了几年后，又拿了
一个工程类的非CS master。我办OPT和OPT延期都用的是非CS学位，因为当时方便学校
开证明，但是现在从事的工作却是CS相关的，所以H1B申请就用的CS学位，不知道是不
是这里出了什么问题？
疑点2，本科成绩单是很多年前国内的学校开的，看起来没有美国这边的成绩单正式
，不知道是不是引起了不必要的怀疑？
我是公司统一请律师办的PP，所有的材料都是在律师的要求下准备的，工资单，各种
材料copy感觉都非常齐全，不知道为什么会需要补充材料？现在USCIS的信肯定会先寄
给他们，我现在除了着急外也很心慌，请版上的朋友们帮我分析一下，万分感谢了！ |

2. Go online to check if they have your review report saved online. If yes, you can just print out the web page. Some journals do not send you "thank you" letter but they do have a copy you can find on manuscript review page.

不大。不同topic/subject/field 比较意义也不大，但能增加分母 － maybe good OR
bad.
同期刊内相比，前提条件是业内好的期刊 （need evidence)。业内Top 期刊里你的文章排1－5
％，IO 就容易信了 － 即使同一期刊
里有不同领域的。
当然你要是能找到在好多个期刊里，或者好多年里你的排名都<5%，那就更让IO相信了。 |
