车子的外观内设看起来还行。大概是good condition
但是carfax显示 05年的时候第一任车主有过一次accident
accident的时候是12000 miles
primarily front damage
在NEW JERSEY
然后第一任车主继续开到08年才把车卖掉
卖的时候是62000 miles
之后车子有过2次 lease的历史，都是一个月
第一次是在田纳西
第二次在马里兰
所以卖我车的是第四任，他08年在auction买下 62631 miles 买下
在utica NY开
开了三年不到一点
现在mile是91000 mile
据车主说是 everday driver，并且开了3年没有问题。只换过刹车
KBB的 trade-in value- fair condition是
$ 9125
现在卖， asking 9250
但是看他比较着急卖的样子，而且他跟我说能便宜
大家看要不要买？
要买的话，砍价砍多少比较合适？ |

最近Epic在系统性的大幅裁员，有传闻公司遇到财务困难。
被裁的很多都是中国和东亚的H1b员工（Epic 内部歧视亚裔几乎都是公开的秘密），完
全没有提前通知，很多人都是立刻通知当天走人。每个组都至少裁掉了1-2个，有的整
个组都被裁掉了。
很多人都是才来2年左右的，当年被很多空头许诺骗来放弃很多很好的offer (我认识一
个放弃MS SDET的offer来的），但是等被fire的时候才发现这些许诺没有一个是写在
agreement里面的。
最近HR在搞全公司skill assessment, 其实就是预示这近期要有大幅裁员。
这种Private的公司最好别来，CEO一人专断，公司业绩完全不公开。每每公司大会也都
是报喜不报忧，没人知道公司到底在发生什么。
公司技术落后，这种工作经历写在简历上完全不是亮点而是污点。（很多NY和加州的
Headhunter都跟我这么说过）

cash, 没年费，travel比较少，就从了。今天收到卡。上上周末随大流申请的。credit
score 没太注意，基本跟着卡来的都是７９０左右的。机构不详。这一个月共申请了
discover it; citi divident; AE everday, BOA better balance4, 和最后这个ink.
全线通过（开始以为ink
会被拒，因为开卡短时间内太多）。还申请了blue prefer,被拒（其实是被告知重复申
请，因为几天前才拿到blue everyday).

问题： ink激活后如何建立网上帐户？我有freedom啥的老卡帐户，没显示。到biz的

card，虽然成功了，但是processing time要51天，也就是说要等到2/24号+10天
shipping才能拿到卡！我的AMEX Blue cash everday变成preferred只要24小时。
Anyway,还问了有哪些卡我可以转，下面是CSR给的清单，基本无用：
1. Dividend (visa, mastercard, or Amex)。最终从的AMEX，因为他家常搞些offer。
2. Thankyou preferred
3. Diamond preferred
4. Simplicity card
5. AA Advantage card(这个有年费，其他都没有)
提醒一下，很多信用卡都是第一次的用户才能拿到sign up bonus，所以像我这种
product change，不仅拿不到sign up bonus，而且也放弃了未来拿到sign up的机会。
当然好处是少了一个hard inquiry，对于信用分数不高，或者最近需要好信用的人不错
