话说早在2001年的时候，出过件轰动一时的案子：曾经轰动全世界的高瞻间谍案。
当事人美国英雄高瞻从中国监牢保外，到美国监狱完成十年刑期，真是一桩现代版的拍
案惊奇。
据当时的《纽约时报》报道，高瞻和李少民在学术会议上相识。当高瞻在雪城大学
攻读博士学位的时候，曾徵求李少民如何支付学费问题，李把高瞻介绍给了台湾支持西
方研究中国问题的某学术基金会。
高瞻的律师孔盓荣说，李少民後来要求高瞻帮助收集关於中国分析两岸关系和关於
台湾局势的文件。高瞻然後找在中国大陆的朋友帮忙，得到了有关讲话、杂志文章和图
书摘要复印本，高瞻把那些材料交给了李少民。

Good news for LZ is that the chance to be choosen is low, especially if you
show you don't understand english well. Bad news is that recently an Asian
girl was put into perpetual jury duty by judge in NYC because she tried to

offense (that is why the code section cited in in CA penal code) and will show up in your future criminal background check and may have adverse effects on your immigration status and future employment. It is not a simple fine like the speeding ticket which is not criminal. You should plead not guilty and

If the law says capital gain tax is 15% and his income is purely from
capital gains, what's wrong with his tax rate being 15% while the lawn mower
is paying 30% or whatever?
If people think capital gain tax rate is too low, go fix it. But unless
