regulation,估计光local newspaper大概不行，一定得是local and ethnic newspaper
.但我不是很明白这个"ethnic" 是什么意思，所以问我的韩国律师，他解释说ethnic就
是non- English的意思，所以我可以找当地的中文报纸里面插入我们这个英语的job
ads.说实话，我不确定中文报纸可行么。几次讨论下来后，律师决定找一个local的韩
语报纸来打（插入）这个英语广告。因为事关重大，我想来大家确认一下，我的律师讲
的靠谱吗？

没听说过一个这样的，学校不会笨到找挨告。
族裔的自我认定，是超越一切的，完全不可（官方）质疑的自我分类。而且这个自我认
定，可以随时更改。

The author mentioned that "China" is a multi-ethnic society and "Han" is
just one ethnicity. She merely mentioned that the "92%" figure is misleading
because many people like her family falsely register their family as "Han",
but as she said so herself, still maintain their real ethnic identity.
