一、TCP握手协议
在TCP/IP协议中，TCP协议提供可靠的连接服务，采用三次握手建立一个连接。
第一次握手：建立连接时，客户端发送syn包(syn=j)到服务器，并进入SYN_SEND状态，
等待服务器确认；
第二次握手：服务器收到syn包，必须确认客户的SYN（ack=j+1），同时自己也发送一个
SYN包（syn=k），即SYN+ACK包，此时服务器进入SYN_RECV状态；
第三次握手：客户端收到服务器的SYN＋ACK包，向服务器发送确认包ACK(ack=k+1)，此
包发送完毕，客户端和服务器进入ESTABLISHED状态，完成三次握手。
完成三次握手，客户端与服务器开始传送数据，在上述过程中，还有一些重要的概念：
未连接队列：在三次握手协议中，服务器维护一个未连接队列，该队列为每个客户端的
SYN包（syn=j）开设一个条目，该条目表明服务器已收到SYN包，并向客户发出确认，正
在等待客户的确认包。这些条目所标识的连接在服务器处于Syn_RECV状态，当服务器收
到客户的确认包时，删除该条目，服务器进入ESTABLI |

上周公司培训，请了外面专业做这方面的consultants来，一对一的操练，讲如何establi
sh presence，尤其是在主持会议跟做presentation方面。具体操作是让我模拟说点啥，
录象，再一点一点的矫正，提高。
最后的结论有几个：
1.我身材petite，做讲演时可以考虑两手叉腰！－－－－我的天，首先，这petite一词自
打我上小学的年纪就不适用了，听这个评论可是头一遭。幽默效果估计跟夸武大郎“魁梧
”有的一比。再说了，虽然我跟“淑女”一词无缘，但真要叉起腰来，我这么五大三粗一
个人，起不是成那“功夫”里的老板娘了！
2.说话要慢，声音要大，不要用non-assertive的词，比如basically, sort of,
hopefully, i‘d like to. 这个么，我倒是基本同意，但是要做到很难。尤其是用很坚
决的词的时候，给人的印象在自信跟狂妄之间的那条线，不好把握。
2.年纪看上去太轻，没有credibility。建议：化装要浓，衣服要深色。我的天，我的长
相最多也就是跟实际年龄相 |
