7月3日，华为向全员通报了华为创始人、总裁任正非近期在Fellow及部分欧研所座谈会
上的讲话内容。这个讲话内容分析了中美贸易走向，并对华为下一阶段的外部发展环境
做出了评估，得出了“华为下一阶段必须要培养更多科学家级人才，才能继续成为头部
领导型企业”的结论。吹响了华为全面进军基础研究无人区的号角。
任正非提及，中美相互依存度高，未来很有可能相互妥协。华为将继续大量使用美国的
部件，但同时华为也将加强基础研究的投资，提升总研发费用中，基础研究投入的占比。
Fellow是华为内部享受总裁级待遇的专家，华为一个重要产品线设置拥有Fellow，是华
为学术研究的领军人物。目前华为全球仅十余位Fellow。

虽然不算富有，但好歹是进了本地和全国的20%-ile。要说是生活不舒服，
实在矫情得不行。
家里就俺一个人工作。苦逼硅公。偶尔带小团队。官方头衔就是普通程序猿。
无孩一房。和领导一人一辆车，车贷付清。为了省税，一部分钱进了ESOP。
401K什么的自然买满。最大的固定开销是吃和住。房贷一个月3000多。加
上税和保险什么的。一个月4000多好像。水电气不清楚，100多吧。上网和
手机公司包了。没有Cable。不需要。我和领导就喜欢读书和影视。影视用
Netflix，根本看不完。其它时间读书写程序锻炼朋友聚会，哪有时间看冲塞
广告的劣质电视节目。吃不知道。几百吧。每周存700现金。主要是首付和应
急的钱。其它钱领导随便花。具体花什么我也不知道。我自己没什么开销。除

AWS 也host sharepoint, sql server那是没错，本来就是个IaaS，一点不奇怪。Azure
自称IaaS/Paas到头来是自己撸管用的DC，才叫做搞笑。
还有你的straddle就别拉出来吹了。我老的ESOP，去年买的部分都翻20倍了。130%算个
屁。也就你们微软的小鸡鸡万年不举，才公司option赚不到钱。你straddle赚的那点跟
amzn，goog的员工比不一样是屁。 |
