但据说有个小的问题是, 因为ECFMG提供给ERAS的是一复印件(或传真件), 到ERAS后被
扫描进去, 然后被Program再Print出来时, 效果不如直接寄份原件给ERAS. |

了。
你现在的这封信虽然带着"general"的帽子，但是拿来申请内科是没有问题的。
你可以在ERAS里重新finalize一个坑给另外一个专业的信。根推荐人当面说清楚你的信
要申请什么科。
小心别弄混了。可能弄混的环节包括推荐人写的时候，电子上载的时候，或者ERAS扫描
上载的时候,以及从ECFMG转到ERAS的时候，还有你自己assign的时候。很恐怖的。 |

因为ECFMG不是会替我们提供成绩单给ERAS吗？

成绩寄到ERAS.
我的成绩由ECFMG寄到ERAS一周, ERAS竟然告诉我ECFMG的COPY不符合要求, 要我再上传
一分. ECFMG 告诉我就是那样了, 原件已销毁了! 晕倒. 美国的黑暗!

ERAS CV 很重要，避免dilution，要找人把关
我们在申请的时候，每个program拿到的申请会非常多，大家都会很快的go through你
的材料，如果你有很好的闪光点，一定不要把相关性不大的和你的闪光点堆到一块，由
于你cv太多不相关的东西，你的闪光点被忽略。
比如，你在国内有一年病理工作经历，这是非常好的，放在前面。什么一等奖学金啊，
是不值一提的东西，相比之下。会觉得你做事 主次不分。
申请病理的时候，如何写你的research 和publication？ 在ERAS里
除了一些非常好的大学，注重research，你的background和他们match，有一些帮助，
举例我朋友拿到R21 grant，match很不错的program，有这样background的不多，你的
research和他们match的很少，大部分中小型的university，pathology program，对
research不感兴趣，你的reserach 可能会给你减分，所以你在ERAS cv上展现多少，一

当时的情况，CLIFF LEE礼拜天START对我的BLATON，我本来想捡来用他来保证我礼拜天
能有一个WIN，而且那场比赛时间晚，又灵活优势。非常NB的一个决策，那个是时候LEE
是INDIANS排名第5 STARTER，去年成绩巨烂，没什么人要，好像老鼠本来捡了一下也扔
了，被我捡来。
但是，礼拜6当天我的打手一个比一个臭，眼看把打击的优势损失殆尽，我急了，决定
把前一个打出2个HR的JACOBS捡来补充礼拜天的打击(梦想有个HR)，于是我扔了LEE。
当时我礼拜天的对手礼拜有3个人START，我领先他3个WIN和巨大的ERA/WHIP，我觉得他
不会赶上来，3个人只要暴一个就好了。
结果人家3个STARTER当天句牛，投出3格WIN，2。5ERA，1。0WHIP，我在下午CHICKEN，

So, if we really want to go back to Clinton era tax bracket, at least we
need to adjust it by inflation.

in refugee admissions from the Obama-era high of 110,000, is expected to cut
that number even deeper. according to preliminary estimates.

有房地产公司数据显示，五房式组屋的溢价中位数在8月份下降约44%，少了2万元！
本地两家最大经纪行——博纳集团（PropNex）和ERA房地产公司根据各自转售组屋
交易量，独家提供给本报最新的溢价中位数（median COV）数据。
博纳集团指出，三、四及五房式的组屋溢价在7月份全面上涨，其中五房式增幅最
大，从3万3000元增加超过36%至4万5000元。
但是，集团总裁伊斯迈接受本报访问时说，尽管如此，溢价在8月份全面下滑，跌
幅最大的同样是五房式组屋，减少44%至2万5000元。
这也比本地第二季五房式溢价中位数的3万3000元，下跌了24%。
伊斯迈说，超过80%的交易需付溢价，但消费者已抗拒支付太多现金，而8月鬼月的
转售市场向来比较淡静。
根据ERA数据，整体而言，购屋者过去两个月愿意付出比估价高出3万5000元的现金
，比第二季多出5000元，显示购屋者对转售组屋的需求依然强劲。
溢价指的是组屋估价以外的现金部分。据建屋发展局早前发布资料，今年第二季溢
价中位数是3万元。

俺感觉刚看棒球时不一定要弄清楚那些复杂多样的统计数字都是怎么算出来的，
只要知道哪个越大越好，哪个越小越好就是了。比如ERA越小越好，BAT率越大越好，
ERROR越少越好。。这不就简单了，HEHE。
看时间长了就会琢磨这些统计数字了，但不管你怎么算，MLB有它的统计计算方法，
估计他们是不会算错的。但有时候我感觉那ERROR给的不是那么科学，很多代人受过。
ERA这东西是个很好的参考，但到关键比赛时还得看运气和发挥，尤其是PLAYOFF，
那MILWOOD对ASTRO那场投得那么好，前天又。。。还有那R。JOHNSON，常规赛时
好几场比赛他自己的ERA都降低了，但比赛还是输了，而且自己的胜率也低了，谁让
那帮打手那天太臭呢。最后劳得他PLAYOFFF连续那么多场LOSS
YANKEE的几个人是专门爱打PLAYOFF的，尤其那布儒舍斯，到了WS就疯，HEHE
今天这场俺预测BRAVES6：3胜，PETITE投得不错，但还得输，HEHE |

winning is something pitchers can't control at all
not your fault if you throw a complete game, giving up one run
and your team get blanked, and it's not your awesome pitching
that wins a 8-7 game. how else do you explain a guy with
a sub-3 ERA LOSING 11 games?? or a guy with 3.25 ERA going 15-14??
or how about having a losing record(9-10) with 3.19 ERA?
those are results of no-support, not bad pitching. glavine didn't
have great support behind him either, |

和Kendrick都是groundballer。我一直都觉着groundballer是the way to go，因为最
有效率，常规赛季的时候能够有效的帮助牛棚。今年最好的几个地滚球投手的数据在这
儿，第三列是Groudouts/Airouts ratio，第三列是ERA。

My gut instinct, upon looking at the schedule, was to dig in my heels
against it. I had heard, as most of you have, the famous 4.65 ERA statistic
for pitchers on 3 days rest since the wildcard era began (see here – prior
to 2009). A closer examination of that arguments, however, shows just how
insufficient and misleading that statistic actually is. Yes, since 1995, ERA
’s on short rest have been bad, but that statistic does not tell the entire
