昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，

antiepilectic drugs have side effects, and keppra as the newest one has less
side effects compared with old meds. Keppra is also thought to be very
broad spectrum and safe.
One of my coworker daughter was put on Keppra for post-occiptial region
seizures. She had been on Keppra for 2 years, a very active volleyball
player through these years. She was just taken off the medication recently.

，做什么的人都有，所以我什么都沾一点。我们做的是癫痫病的 channelopathy，就是
离子通道异常引起的癫痫。Seizure 一般都是突然发作，完毕之后在很短的时间内恢复
常态，这个和离子通道 fast activation fast deactivation 的特点满符合。而且目

Diagnosis of epilepsy is reached, that means no identifiable cause is found.
Based on the child's clinical manifestation and EEG, seems it's complex
partial seizure. Several DDXs at this age include infantile spasm (EEG
should be much more chaotic), absence (lasts only seconds instead of minutes
in this case, and EEG is neither 2.5Hz for atypical nor 3.0 Hz for typical
one). |

online rather than the specialists?
From the clinical symptoms and the few pages of EEG u provided, this child
has epilepsy for sure. Leveteracetam is an appropriate management even in
young kids. It is a pretty safe drug among all the antiepileptics. Trileptal
is good for partial seizures, but can worsen generalized seizures, which is

GWAS has been concluded and announced as a big failure,she would have been

fellowship申请完了，转了几个地方，突然发现做神经内科的还是挺多的，所以把自己
看到的想到的总结一下，做点贡献，希望更多的人加入这个领域。

我申的是EEG/EPILEPSY. 原因之一是做过相关的研究，有一些不成形的想法；其二是
EEG是神经科最基本的操作赚钱工具；其三是有些PROGRAM有IOM(Intra-operative
monitoring)的训练，赚钱省事省心（一天在办公室同时观摩两台手术相当于两星期的门诊，
按某主治的说法）；其三是ICU的EEG的监测可能是PRACTICE的趋势也是创收的趋势；其
四是暂时可以读SLEEP STUDY

读了一遍后觉得再也不用读类似的书了，结果发现根本没有记住多少。
和解剖联系较紧，比较细
有些没有临床价值
