2017 in Las Vegas.
What we know about the coming EOS M:
It will be a replacement to the EOS M3, but it won’t be called “M4”. Say
hello to the M5.
It will go slightly up market from the EOS M3.
Don’t expect big ergonomic changes.
It will be APS-C.
A new lens will be announced alongside it, an EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS is

would get C-Log via a firmware update that will likely be announced at NAB
next month. We can now confirm that to a certainty that it’s coming.
However, we do not have a release date for the firmware.

AOS/EOS/COS" 等字样，而且只给了一个月的居留期限。（当时移民官觉得我父母最近

期居留过，入关时也从来没被刁难过，所以没准备有利的证件。）
看来现在父母一个月之内必须得离开美国，我们打算隔两个月再次进入，但是不知道下

H4 EOS 提交时间：12/22/2016
H4 旧的I797过期时间 4/6/2017，从这之后无法续驾照；
RFE ：5/22/2017，要求提交Cruise路线、近几年出入境记录；
RRFE ：6/13/2017，在律师建议下，写了一个affidavit notary，去UPS盖章后寄给律师
case Approved：8/1/2017
拿到RFE的时候去San Jose机场CBP试图修正记录，虽然很多人说这地方办事人非常rude
，但接待我的大叔人还比较nice，让留下资料，说cruise是非常complicated的一会儿
进关一会儿出，他需要时间来做。走后十几分钟就打电话，说差一点就能帮我改了，但
是我的旧I797已经过期，他们不能赋予一个过去的I94时间给我。所以如果有类似经历
的同学，如果I797没有过期就还可以试试去CBP搞定的（所以楼上有同学认为CBP不会修
正I94的信息是不准确的）。

发帖数: 9 | 25 C/Y to EOS 电子转接环已经用了两个月了，简单谈几点使用感受：
1. 这个环是从淘宝网上kpliang大侠的店铺买的。所谓电子接环，就是一个普通C/Y
EOS接环＋PCB
module。这个module的作用就是骗过EOS机身，使得手动镜头也能有合焦提示，就象AF
的EF镜头设置
到MF档时一样，但是小于光圈8则没有合焦提示。
2. 我买的是普通接环，kpliang店铺里另有一种高精度接环。我感觉铜制的普通接环的
工艺也不错，
装到机身上严丝合缝，没有旷量，对焦和调节光圈环时，镜头也不会松动。我的CZ 50/
1.4在通过它
转接到300D后，没有任何问题，无穷远何以合焦。高精度的接环的加工精度更高（废话
），在使用广
角或超广角镜头时兼容性更好。另外，我发现这个kpliang卖的接环，好像跟佳能胶片
机兼容有问题
，至少我手上的这个，没有办法拧到我的EOS300上（其实后来明白其实这样反而更好，
原因下面会提
到）。
3. 转接的镜头可以stop down测光，目前初步体会时大光圈测光还比较准，光圈8以下
有明显过曝，
需要补偿－1EV甚至更多。这个对数码机影响不大，因为可以 |

发帖数: 15854 | 30 EOS 3买来了之后一直比较少用。前一段时间去西雅图，发现没电了，就在当地买了一
块，用过之后拿回来，中间一直没拍，前一段时间去VT，居然没拍几张就又没电了。好
像短路或者什么的样子，吃电池飞快。于是上网做了一下研究，发现有人提到这个问题
，原因是EOS 3在你每次关机换镜头之后，就处在一个持续耗电的状态，很快会把电耗
光。解决的办法是每次换完镜头，开机，再重新关机，这样就可以避免了。我虽然还没
有重新买电池照做，但是听起来应该是很靠谱的说法。不过这就太奇怪了，因为这个设
计不是太脑残了么？EOS 3差不多也是佳能胶片机的收山之作了，居然还留这么一个大
bug，甚是不可思议。 |

看来大家都没往EOS C 上想啊，当时都以为既然机身像1DX，多半是增加像素，搞4k摄像。从来没想过EOS C会是mirrorless......
反正现在感觉是很晕很晕......
想起来，C+的各种谣言也不是空穴来风，就是都是想歪了。
回顾一下，
最早有人得到消息，说C+会有一个减像素提高高感的FF CMOS，于是有谣言都认为C+要出6D，因为没人敢想1Ds后续机会减像素的，按常规C+一贯挤牙膏、阉割的做法，于是估计6D......
松下的老板说C+要出mirrorless相机，大家就都往革命机上想，一时间有些名人的微博都说C+要出革命机了，加上先前N+搞了一个1系革命机，大家当然想当然地认为C+ 的mirrorless相机就是革命机了，都没往EOS C这方面想......
唉，
谣言就是这么产生的。。。 |

you don't have any other added on viewfinder magnifier. Using manual focus
with 5D2 or 3 with the live view, setting aperture f stop to 14 or 16,
basically you can't see anything. But EOS-M is clear and and the live view
is great.
Generally, EOS-M's quality is pretty good.
of course other high end cameras are better, but the main things is the cost
and size. |

发帖数: 13752 | 37 前些天受板上大潮影响，从B&H入了一个EOS M+22mm f/2的Kit，
想做为5D3的备机。试用了一下，机身和22mm的组合，光学效果还
是很不错的。聚焦不能说很快，但也可以接受（已经用了新固件），
给六七岁的小孩拍照，也可以用的。
但最后还是决定退了。主要考虑是，EOS M就只有22mm和18-55mm两个
原生镜头，没有别的原生镜头可选。考虑过用转接口接EF镜头，但EF镜
头的个头普通大，整个系统无法轻便得起来，那就违背初衷了。也考虑
过佳能会不会以后出一些轻便的EF-M镜头，但个人不太看好，而且
18-55mm已经不是很轻便了。
接下来准备入一个EPL5。首先M43系列的镜头有很多选择，选EPL5主要
是看重它比较轻便，有机身防抖，加一个12-42mm的镜头，也才438g。
考虑过EM5和EP5，防抖和其它性能更好(当然也贵一些），但轻便度上
稍差一点。既然有了5D3作为主力，备机还是图轻便一点为好。旅游和
重要时刻上5D3，进城逛街带E-PL5，随手抓拍用iPhone，这样的组合
还是不错的。

发帖数: 96 | 39 有Sigma 50 f1.4 和24-70 f2.8两个头，配500D机身。前者最大光圈轻微向前跑2毫米
的样子，还可以接受。后者广角端跑到姥姥家去了（向前跑3厘米以上），根本用不了
。大概看了下，初步想到三个解决方案，请评价。
1. 机身升级到6D，用机身微调，不知道能不能解决24-70这个头的问题。
2. 机身换EOS M，听说EOS M 任何镜头都不存在跑焦问题，是真的吗？如果可以的话，
就它了。嫌重的时候拿EOS M配的小镜头还轻便些。
3. 留下50 f1.4，把24-70 扔掉/出掉，换佳能24-120.
请评价各种选择。谢过！ |

发帖数: 396 | 40 只看画质，两个相机senor面积差了将近三倍，sony sensor技术再牛也弥补不了面积上
劣势。以dxo数据说话，主要画质参数中的 18% 信噪比，tonal range，rx100ii和
eos-m的差距不比eos-m和5d3的差距小多少。sony只在iso100附近的动态范围占了点微
弱优势。
论实际使用，rx100ii显然对焦快，操控好，更实用。镜头比eos-m的套头光圈大，部分
抵消了画质上的差距。 |

I have been told (thanks) that Canon is working on a replacement for the EF-
M 18-55mm IS STM lens. The new 18-55mm should be smaller, at least when not
used thanks to a retractive design (as the EF-M 11-22mm f/4-5.6 IS STM has).
IS and STM obviously on board. No word about aperture but I guess it will
hardly be different from f/3-5-5.6. The new EF-M 18-55mm should also be
lighter than the current one. The source said the new 18-55mm IS STM will be
announced in Fall 2015.

Comes as kit with the EF-M 15-45mm IS STM lens
Comes as double kit with the EF-M 15-45mm IS STM and EF-M 55-200mm
