我的经验是，需要每天刷牙，而且黄的牙齿尤其要仔细刷。不能随便涂一下，让狗舔掉
就完事。我给阿呆基本上是一颗一颗的刷，保证牙膏在牙齿上的接触时间，用牙刷来回
多刷刷。犬齿和里面的大牙是重点。
然后周末再给啃骨头或者猪脚什么的。效果很明显。如果单纯只啃骨头，牙垢没有被牙
膏给分解的松软一些，是比较难变白的。
我以前给阿呆刷的没有很勤，也是大黄牙。自从每天坚持刷后，很快就变得白白的了。
我用的是这个牙膏，别的牙膏就不知道效果是不是一样了。

一般来讲生物学的普通质量的文章impact factor也是大于8的。像science,nature,都
是30以上的。如果只有这么低的impact factor，我觉得，这样的文章是不会被well
recognized.
从有机化学来讲我谈谈对作者所设计实验的看法。

这个又说明什么问题呢？首先，你需要原料，也就是mononucleotides,第二需要介质，

一般molecular biology lab存细胞或者enzyme的时候用普通冰箱(不是frost-free的),
这样会使它们更稳定.
Reagent如ATP,NAD(P)H,FAD(P)H为了严格的enzymatic assay,也会放在里面.
其他东西能4度放着的,比如说抗生素什么的就放有defrost功能的冰箱里也无所谓.
另外,frost-free冰箱可以随便开关,普通冰箱不suppose你经常这么做的..| |
