现在family room和entertainment room各有一电视，一套L shape三座位沙发，一茶几。
原来地下室堆放一些东西，一两张桌子。本来想在地下室翻新时角落弄个书房，不过地
下室remodel成home theater后不可能放home office furniture了。翻新后的地下室就
是新的entertainment 空间和home theater。现有的entertainment room就准备放home
office furniture和从地下室挪上来的部分东西。
最理想的home theater还是要有theater seating，但现有的entertainment room如果
改为书房，沙发茶几就没地方放，只能搬到地下室。电视柜和电视搬不搬地下室都无所
谓，电视柜在现有entertainment room靠墙放不占多少地方。电视只有50”，没法搬到
地下室，因为没法和projector screen共存，沙发按projector screen放的话，这么小
