这是第11代卡罗拉，为了吸引更年轻的用户而非维持以往用户，继“Avalon”
及“RAV4”之后，丰田再次采用了个性强烈的外观设计。前脸以较扁的前大灯以及下部
带大开口的保险杠等为特点，并搭配大幅膨出的翼子板以及向后平缓下滑的C柱。
新款卡罗拉的外形尺寸为长4639×宽1776×高1455mm，与上代车型相比车长增
加99mm，车宽扩大16mm，但车高降低10mm。轴距为2700mm，比上代车型长100mm。由于
轴距更长，因此后座臀点后移了75mm，另外还通过减薄前座靠背，使后座乘坐空间变得
宽敞。

cheap”，我心领神会，后面再也不提了它了。
但是树欲静，风不止，老板狂热的开始研究这个潜在的enhancer区域，我也算参与
其中了。他有一个病人的DNA标本，无论enhancer或coding region都检查不出任何大的
DNA deletion，所以放在那里一直没有结论，现在忽然成了最好的检验enhancer功能的
对象。我被要求扩增enhancer区域并去测序，看看有什么问题。我做的很顺利，第一轮
PCR能看到很单一的条带，只是太弱，不得已作第二轮PCR，条带很漂亮，心里一块石头
落地了。电泳检测时候，发现和正常对照有几百bp的差别，我很敏感这种差异，就向老
板报告了。他让我重复一遍电泳，看得更清楚了，或许真的钓到大鱼了吧，老板很是兴
奋。我虽然不像老板那么兴奋，但起码我参与的这一块有些可作的东西，也不是坏事吧。
不一会，老板又跑过来找我，说有问题。他的疑问在于，PCR产物只有一条带，但我们

，发现是可能是视网膜肿瘤。昨天医院CT和MRI的结果出来，确诊是Trilateral
retinoblastoma。小孩的父母非常着急，希望能够保住小孩的眼睛。请大家给出宝贵意
见。
由于这里国内的专家比较多，也有很多已经成功的当上了美国的医生，因此到这里来希
