enforcement有问题可以指出来啊。如果有的话那才正说明这个agency有问题啊？

1. garden leave期间h1b还有效吗？

们看到的是comey喜欢玩弄politic，我只是不认同而已，我看到的他只是在做事，做着
很棘手的事，不管Hillary email还是trump campaign，涉及大人物，事情砸在他手里
，他必须处理。我看到的他尽量从professional角度做事，尽量做到not on anyone's
side, 虽然做事方式imperfect。首先FBI是law enforcement agency，agency的
mission要维护正义，尽量独立于派系斗争之外。FBI的reputation还是不错的，comey
能爬到头号位置，肯定在业内是非常优秀，我不信他有你们说的种种不是，他在FBI内
部认同度很高的。我觉得他很努力做到not on anyone's side，这个足够说明他不是好
玩politic，也许棘手的事情很多时候容易得罪人。总体来讲，我对司法机构还是有一

其实我一直是比较强调让孩子自主，独立，
不过这个case让我开始反思，
首先这种危险的地方不适宜放开手脚让孩子们自己解决自己问题，
第二，的确如你所说，这么小的孩子，可能需要大人enforce。
第三，不认识或者不熟悉的人之间，彼此交流教育理念之前，不适宜放手。
所以我的观点现在变成，在公共场合，不能放手不管；
在需要大家enforce的地方，一定要管理，同时唐道理，为什么要这样。
少数和熟悉朋友孩子一起玩，可以用来观察之前教育和enforcement的成效，
这时候可以适当放手让他们自己处理，不过有不合适的地方，事后第一时间
点评给孩子听。 |
