前面还好，电费是8-9美分一度。这个月开始发现立即涨到1毛5了。才发现这家公司
搞浮动价格，名声非常差。大家都将其列为scam一类的。
不知道版上大家都用哪家电力公司的服务？求推荐。我在stamford地区。

. 还让我把电和气的账单给他们瞅瞅。
我目前用的是pepco和washington gas, 这两人说如果我选择direct energy的电和
gateway energy的气，会比现在的rate低，还是通过pepco和washington gas付bill.
现在pepco 的standard offer service electricity是9.41 cents/kwh, direct
energy号称是8.19
washington gas的purchased gas charge(PGC)经常变，每个月不一样，以前有时候挺
高，但是目前是$0.4823 per therm. Gateway 说是给一个fixed rate $0.599 per
therm. 当时那人告诉我说我的gas rate 会保持0.4823，不会超过$0.599,后来觉得他
是瞎扯，他又不知道别家的rate, 都fixed了还怎么变。

耐力。
今年夏天有5-hour energy的倾销，买了不少。原
本打算每次长跑都用，不过在本版询问后知道它含海
量维生素，怕长期下来对身体不好，所以很少服用。
我也向我的医生咨询过，但是他说没有任何资料证明
有什么不好。为保险，还是少用或不用为妙。
因为经常开长途去照顾小虎，单程就要六个多小时，
而且经常是夜路，容易困倦，所以为了安全起见，就
在出发前服用一瓶5-hour energy。
下面是感受：5-hour energy确实很提神，估计是
大量咖啡因的缘故--我对咖啡因很敏感。另外好像
是对燃烧脂肪有帮助，服用5-hour energy后一般
情况不饿，全程三四个苹果足够乐。
很多review说5-hour energy没有crash。这点
好像短时间内是对的。但是一般要第二天会感到很疲
乏和困倦。
总之5-hour energy好像对耐力还是有帮助。但是
不知道是否有助于身体无药情况下的耐力。 |

一查,竟然要求Natural Gas的Water Heater达到Energy Factor >= 0.82.一直以为
Energy Star的(Energy Factor > 0.62)就可以满足要求,结果竟然要求> 0.82. 打电话
给EnergyStar.gov也证实了这个0.82.可是Natural Gas Water Heater市场上达到0.82
的根本没有卖的.
现在就是Energy Star的Natural Gas Water Heater也贵得要死,50Gal的要$600多一个,
还要$270左右安装费.
有谁给点建议去哪儿买,什么牌子的好呢? |

别家公司吗？JCP＆L到底是supplier还是 deliver service啊？有什么区别啊。这种广
告有什么隐藏的trick吗？类似的还有gas （PSE＆G）
当初开通的时候好象就default找了JCP＆L 和PSE＆G，以为就象internet cable一样是
垄断的，在你这个地区是什么就是什么, 没想到这个还能随便换的啊？

跌的因素吧，请大家补充。
1. Financial crisis in one of the major economic entities(US, China or
Euro). Now US economic starts showing growth, Euro is recovering.
China is slowing down, but less like will have crisis. The house
bubble will be busted in a completely different way than US because
most of mortgage loans are not sub-prime loans. Property owners would
not walk away from their homes in China.
